Pollen is wonderful & has beautiful flowers. Plus I love your name- very clever. Plus you are close to where I live so I can walk in & pick out an arrangement!

This shop and the owners are nothing short of amazing. They are dedicated to their craft and the beautiful little shop they have curated. I feel so lucky to have the shop around the corner and down the street.

I just had one of the worst experiences at the store. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

The sights and smells just walking by Pollen is all you need to realize it’s special. My morning stroll is enjoyable to thanks to this little slice of heaven. I can only assume the inside is even better.

I'm a floral designer and had to order something for a friend who lives in atl. Another floral designer friend recommended this one and I thought I was ordering from a high end type shop. I asked that the shop send a pic of what they sent out. The would not. When my friend sent me a pic of the bouquet they delivered, I understood why. This is what I got for $160 - 3 stems of in season hydrangea, 3 stems of in season dahlias, 2-3 stems of butterfly ranunculus - in a black glass vases that wholesales for $5. My 11 year old niece has made arrangements that looked better than this one. Overpriced and not pretty.

I love this shop! Bonnie and Chris go out of their way to accommodate the client. Bonnie's arrangements are pure works of art. And Chris is always working his imagination coming up with spectacular hard scape.

I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift. It was absolutely perfect and they still looked perfect even after a week- including the lentin roses which I can't even keep alive for more than a day straight from my yard. Very impressed.

I am sure this is an excellent florist. But I'll never know because they are never open during their posted business hour. I take considerable time to research where I'll spend my money- starting with business hours. And nothing turns me off like having to check not when a business will be closed- but when they will decide to keep the business hours they have posted on the front door. After three attempts to spend my money there I'm deciding to go somewhere that keeps and maintains a semblance of business hours. Good luck!

I've always loved orchids but i've never been good at keeping them alive. I'd been told that they just don't survive and that even if they did they only bloom once a year and what's the point of that? Last november my husband ordered a gorgeous multi-orchid arrangement from Pollen and they sat in our airy front hall in all their grand, elegant glory for 5 solid months, fussed over and sung to like my own pets. Finally the blooms fell but they were still just so gorgeous and I'd become attached to them. Why let them die when we'd been through so much together? I felt like we'd really bonded over the fact that I'd kept them alive so long (much like my relationship with my own children). The folks at pollen completely understood my attachment and created a new orchid arrangement incorporating the ones i already had- i just dropped them off and a brand new beautiful thing was delivered the next day on my doorstep. They also have gorgeous cut flowers and whimsical garden items- the perfect place to get an arrangement for a birthday or special occasion or even just a gift for yourself. It is pricier than the average florist, but it's worth it considering that the flowers live much longer than other florists. The only frustrating thing- they're only open tues-sat from 10-5, so plan ahead.

My wife and I have used this sweet little shop many times when sending flowers to our friends on very special occasions and we always get the same reaction "This is the most beautiful flower arraignment I've even seen" (and they are right). The husband and wife owners are very nice and easy to work with, just be ready to pay for the quality that they produce. We have no doubt that this is the best cut flower shop in the city (and we've tried a lot of them).
