I worked with Rita to get insurance on my truck. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me tremendously and I don’t know what I would have done without her. I tried working with other agents from other agencies and she was by far the best I worked with. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone needing insurance. Horrible experience with this agency on a commercial policy. Calls have gone unreturned for months. Bills not sent, policies cancelled, and still not able to get someone to discuss it with. Terrible customer service.

Where should I start, Mrs. Rita is very good. She shops around for the best rates and her customer service is through the roof. Work ethic is crazy; up all different hours trying to gather as much information as possible, to get me the best quote. She did just that. Beat my current insurance offer by $4,000+ with a full 500+ radius?. If you want to save money, get a good chuckle, and deal with a honest straight forward agent……then give Mrs. Rita a chance. I’ve been working with Rita for my dad’s trucking company. Oh my gosh, her customer service is the BEST! Rita was super awesome. The communication was stellar, she worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Also! Because we only haul port containers, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the ports (uiia, chassis, required endorsement, etc.).
