Slow and incompetent staff, no sense or urgency about anything, and you get passed around several times to different people for routine items. My business has another bank that we love, doesn't charge for everything, and pays dividends. I can't get away from this horrible bank that struggles with basic services and tasks. They also nickle and dime you for everything! Stay away from this branch and PNC!

Well, we have been with this bank for a decade with multiple personal and business accounts. Today was the breaking point. PNC started charging $70/year for a safety deposit box that had been free for our account for a decade. Given the " I don't care if you close all of your accounts I still want the $70" attitude from the employee to the declining services, sterile lobby that greets you we are done. What happened to the bank that would greet you with a smile and a "how can we help our customer attitude"? There is enough bad service from other businesses, I don't need it from the institution that is protecting my money.....any banks out there that want my business??? Let me know. I'm shopping.

0 StarsThe employees are not well trained . I had reported a suspicious transaction and the employee told me that there’s no need to get another card. I can still keep using mine..Meanwhile, I go to use my card at the pump and I’m declined .I called customer dis-service and of course they are no help, but they told me that the card is no longer good and I will need to wait through the holiday weekend in order to get another card from another branch.Meanwhile, I can’t book a hotel Rent-A-Car or anything that you would do with the card normally . And over the holiday weekend you should be ashamed of yourself.Do you know which employee you are !If you were unsure, you should have just printed another card anyway or ask your manager . You should. NEVER give an answer to a customer unless you are 100% positive.Smdh YOU MAAM SHOULD BE ON THE WALL OF SHAME!

After waiting 30 minutes after my 3pm appointment, a “Banker” attempted to assist in opening my business account, but couldn’t find the profile I set up over a week ago. This entire bank lacks Customer Service. All week I’ve dealt with “Bankers” at two different Branches and a Phone Representative that didn’t exhibit common courtesy and professionalism.

I normally have pretty good experiences but how is your cash machine down at the start of business so I can't cash a check.

The ATM machine did not print nor send me a confirmation of my transaction. When I went inside to get one, the flippant worker Sam wanted to interrogate me as to why I want a paper receipt. The reason is none of his (or PNC's) concern (as this has happened before at another branch). Their job is to provide what the customer requests -- it's not like we don't have choices. This is the 3rd poor experience I have had with PNC this year and I am looking at other places to keep my money.

Untrustworthy bank, gouges you on fees and will re-order your transaction posts to cause an overdraft when there wouldn't have been one otherwise. I went years without an overdraft and requested them to remove the fee and they refused. Terrible customer service.

Not really impressed. Been banking with PNC for almost 10 years and maybe I'm spoiled by my branch but this location was not a pleasant experience. 3 employees inside all with clients but all of them in their offices and not 1 spoke to me when I came in or even acknowledged I was there. Stood there for a few minutes after filling out my deposit slip and still nothing. When the guy did come out he walked past me and said nothing then after staring at him for a moment he asked me how he could help me and I advised him I was making a check deposit. He told me to have a seat and would be with me in a moment. After about 10 minutes he had me come into his office to deposit my check. He advised me that I could deposit the check by app and I advised him I'm aware but it was a very large check and thought it would be best to deposit it in person. Wanted this to be quick and easy and def uneccesarily took longer than I wanted and was really put off by the fact that no one is there to greet anyone or assist with basic banking needs in the actual lobby. Was nice looking on the inside tho ♀️

Best customer service I have ever received at a bank, and very swift as well! I really appreciate the extra effort and empathy, and will definitely frequent this location more than others!

The employees at this bank are SO NICE compared to other banks that I deal with regularly. I never really have to wait to speak with a banker, which is also extremely rare. My only recommendation is that they make their auto loan payments able to be paid online. I have never had an auto loan where I have to actually go to the bank or mail a check. I want to be able to pay all of my bills online.

Completely unhelpful. I purchased a car and the loan is from PNC. I received some paperwork in the mail but never received the pin to create an account. So I called customer service and received the information needed. After creating an online account I find out I can't pay my loan online. The next day I go into the branch hoping that in person something can be done. I was wrong. Not only was I told I can't pay in person, but that I can only set up autopay with a check or open a checking account. I asked was there absolutely no way to pay in person and was another lead towards opening an account. I then asked in 2018 where we can send money with a phone number why can't I pay in person. At this time the agent/manager said I can do a cash advance. I inquired if that would charge me a fee. The agent said it depended. I then asked if I used my debt card would also charge me a fee. The agent said no and we went with making the payment with my debit card. Fast forward a couple days and behold a $10 fee. So not only is the online portal useless withe a checking account but those working inside are not sure of what they are doing. Definitely do t want to open any more accounts with a bank that is behind in online presence and giving bad information.
