I could not believe what i saw yesterday, i walked inside after hours since the drive thru was busy, they make you swipe your card for entry inside. When i walled in i see a homeless man just sitting in there like it was nothing. Like how did he even get in there, i have so many questions

A bunch of arrogant and ignorant employees that wasn’t interested in helping a customer, they was sitting on their lil laptops and didn’t even bother to come and help with the ATM!

Really pleasant experience here today. Everyone here was so inviting when I walked in and I had many things I needed assistance with and I was out in less than 10 minutes.

This is a cashless facility. To open a new account, you need to have enough cash on you to open one. If you don't, you have to withdraw money from another bank but get charged a fee. Though the people there are pleasant, it is a very slow process and can consume next to an hour of time. I'll revisit review in future to describe overall experience with PNC.

Let's talk about professional and helpful. I had to unexpectedly stop in to arrange a wire transfer, for a house closing, and the gentleman at the entrance was amazing. Gave me all my options, and was very patient and considerate. The branch manager ended up helping me, impromptu. The folks here are working hard to help their customers!

Chris Buie helped to make my mom’s experience at this branch awesome!! My mom is on a walker and diabetic. She was having trouble walking today and he walked to the car and back and forth to assist her. Nothing like super awesome best customer service that I have ever seen!! Thank thank YOU Chris!!
