would consider banking with Chase. Account closure after years of being dedicated client and no reason or even a prior notice. Absolutely a declining customer service track. Definitely closing my business account with them.

Worst bank ever. Opened a credit card on 12/15. Was told by the person who opened my card that it would take 3-5 business days to receive my card. Called the branch to verify if my card was sent as I still did not have it. The young lady I spoke with was very rude and even hung up on me. I called the card department and was told my card was shipped on the 15th but she couldn't tell me where it was. Spoke to a manager who advised that my card had not been shipped at all. I am now on the 11th business day and I still don't have my card was advised today my card still has not been shipped. This is completely unacceptable considering pnc is holding my money yet I don't have my card. In addition to this review I will be writing a letter to the ceo of pnc. This is beyond an inconvenience!

Very disappointed with how Caleb lead me to believe that I would have to go to the branch I opened my account to lift a hold on my accounts. Especially when he told me he was the branch Manager! I understand it would have been time consuming but that’s your job. So now the customer is inconvenienced. Would I have been turned away if I was a white customer? Even after I told him I uber there with my autistic child. Ansley Square pnc took care of me! They really the only reason I still bank with PNC. Even set me up with an appointment to open up a business account! In conclusion do better Caleb!

If you are still trying to get caught up from the income losses of 2020 due to the pandemic, don't use PNC! I am working daily on getting caught up on my mortgage, utilities, etc legitimately! I picked PNC because I thought they were a hometown bank, only to get the run around, even from upper management!!! Since. March 1st I've gotten charged $540 in overdraft fees! Made transactions when the money was available, then a check got deposited a week before it was intended & they tacked fees on for all transactions! Some people may not understand if you are not struggling to get caught up, but everything is not black and white PNC. & I don't need 4 people giving me the same justification! I have a degree too, just don't make 6 figures!Sincerely,

They dont give cash withdrawals above your atm limit. Waste of commercial real estate. Simple basic bank services. This was on top pf paying $10 to park.... go elsewhere.

This PNC branch, as well as all of the locations, are fantastic! I made the switch from SunTrust to PNC a few months ago, and the service is always great. Going into this location is always a reminder that I made the right switch.

I have litterally never felt so welcomed in a bank my whole life. My wife and I will only go the the Peachtree PNC if we can help it. They know us by name, the place is always so clean, and it doesn't have the awkwardness of silence and discomfort you feel sometimes in banks or post offices. This team has helped answer dozens of questions my wife and I have had during the time of opening our business accounts for our tattoo shop, Tatty Zaps, upgrading personal accounts, and other odds and ends. Each and every banker there have made banking so easy for us. We couldnt be more happy with them.

I always come here to make deposits and I like the secure setting. You have to have your PNC card on hand to open the doors after hours. Great location right in midtown.

Using the ATM is a combination of parking frustration, traffic dodging and looking over my shoulder. Like PNC, hate that this ATM isn't easier to get to.
