GREAT people, GREAT customer service. Thank you Robert for going above and beyond with my banking needs every time. I live 40 miles south of Atlanta but I work in Downtown. I honestly will wait until my work day to go this bank for service instead of the one 10 minutes from my house. 10 STARS!

I have a very bad experience!!!!!Larry Branch manager, He gave me the worst experience, I'm creating my company, I'm new, and he ran my credit multiple times, with credits he didn't want, in addition to this he sold me a clover with a contract, The Clover doesn't work for my type of business, but I should pay for it.Don't go to PNC, not with Larry, he doesn't provide a good costumer service, he's just thinking about his own commission, not if you're an entrepreneur .

Worst bank ever!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would. They charge me a 2% fee to cash a check that is from their bank because I don’t have an account there!!! They call it a check cashing fee!! Not to mention they are extremely rude!!!! I hope they go out of business they are the poster child of a greedy business!!!

From the moment that I entered the branch, the associates were welcoming and attentive. Once I was being helped, I needed to log into my account for some information, and I was pleased at how patient the associate was with me!!!

This place is really really bad service. If you have other choice. Never go to this branch. I made an appointment online and be there on time. They said they have other clients and never let me know how long should I wait. Really unprofessional bank.

this bank has continued to cast blame on customer's credibility. I, with no warning found out they was the one to block authorization. They told me that I can no longer do business there despite working on several disputes WITH reps to find that Walmart employees were charging me for things I did not order. How low this bank stoop after they were told that I was permanently disabled. The Irony! catching crime and I pay the price. This is not the first time but this go-round caused a FTC complaint for deceptive banking and declining reasonable accommodation despite being told it was not optional. Violating my rights is illegal and at first I assumed after stating my case they would admit wrongdoing because the rep hung up. Until it was still that way. The disconnect was DELIBERATE! At least you are consistent. People with disabilities have no weight. and I am justified to be livid with children in the home. And click! Let me add that it is clear this bank does not train its employees on ADA law if, after a request, a busy signal followed. She was trouble from the start because I repeatedly said I could not be in one position for long and she did not pick up the pace but slowed it. Horrible ethics. horrible employees. disgusting service = Letter of demand. Instead of thank you for your service, it was me saying thank you for your disservice. enough is enough! because you use deceptive practices and outdated algorithms do not mean your customers do. It sickening to cast blame because I scrutinize my purchases on a fixed 100% disability income. Worse, income from disability under ADA law CANNOT restricted. Not only did PNC do this, but we also worked on it together. PNC actions were criminal and yet it was THEY who hung up on me. I do not know who that woman was but I got her on tape. And it is LAWFUL, it's a one-party state. This bank always treats the diligent ones unfairly but I did specify the class as protected, I could not get food and disputes are not always merchant related; the last one was simply because I purchased the WRONG plan. This time the law WILL be enforced. I read the bank documents she said I signed. There was no mention of ADA policy which separates the two groups and MUST be a different form. That means no agreement as they had claimed meant that no notification was needed. What happened was a crime of civil trespass because it failed to separate protection from unprotected required. PNC has made that loophole, I intend to close it as it made certain the disabled rights are nonexistent. you cannot do what you want. its abuse of power. It is also complicity when knowing that it's one vendor primarily, you found it easier to reverse rather than investigate. PNC was the reason this happened repeatedly and took over from the crook to out a person using slander to coverup their actions. Sever ties? I hope the ties severed include your employees checks that cast blame on the wrong pone. they laziness of thinking fraud when the fraud is doing nothing to fix the problem. So you reverse to get rid of me when it should be you apologizing for slander. its my fault you did not do your job? Not without a fight you won't. I know if sent everywhere someone will be bound to listen. You took food of my table to cover impropriety and did not have the good manners to tell me so thinking I will slink off into the sunset with nothing to eat? I have too much evidence for that. You broke the law with me as a scapegoat. even if slander is dismissed, it still is public record. That's how you get change of policy. I committed no crime

I tried to call to verify some information for my account and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. I didn’t even get to speak with a representative because they hung up on me while I was on hold. I really hope they get it together if not I will be closing my account and picking a different bank.
