Just turned 60 and I look forward to going to Planet Fitness, stretching, elliptical, weight training. Lots of people my age workingout. ( I plan to live to be 100) Thanks Planet Fitness!

I would give it five stars, but the black card membership is falsely advertised.
First, I got signed up online to a club that hasn't opened yet in Kennesaw. I live in Peachtree Corners. Why would I sign up for that location. To make matters worse, I was told that even if I have the black card that I can only go to another location 10 times a month without being charged a franchise fee of $5 each time I go . Who wants to have to go to three different locations to workout. Then, I was told I could not change locations for 90 days. Now, keep in mind that the gym I am assigned to has not opened yet.
Now, with all of that said, I do enjoy the gym. The massage chairs are amazing. The gym is kept clean, and up until my last two visits, the customer service has been great. I won't knock the customer service because the staff is only doing their jobs. Nonetheless, if we cannot get this membership issue resolved, I am going back to LA Fitness.

Good evening, my friend Tracy, the truth is that she didn't want to let me through because according to her I don't appear in the system and my dad added me with him so she says she can't access me because according to her I don't appear in the system and I already have a year spent with the same membership as my father and I appear in the system I showed her my identification and the truth is she told me that in the end she couldn't give me the pass because I would have to come with my father to be able to enter the truth seems to me A lack of respect because I have been paying for this platform for a year now and I have not had any big problems with it. I suggest that you file a complaint with her. Thank you very much.

On the website it says that you can have a free pass to the gym with an ID and the lady told me that there was nothing free that I had to pay 10 dollars to let me pass that seems crazy to me, her name is Tracy it’s crazy that they have such poorly educated people attending and serving the customer with a lousyousy attitude

Wanted to use a cable machine to wrap up my work out and a gentleman claim to be using both. However he was already purely focused only on one and it was starting to get more crowded.
(Limited machines) Unfortunately his ego got the best of him and he wouldn’t back down. I spoke with Tim who handled the situation smoothly. Thank you to the staff for being there, being helpful, and supportive. I would recommend this location over most because of the Swift action and solution. Thank you again Tim for handling it and it was a pleasure speaking with you after.
