First time Shopping here and the Last. Before I made my intial purchase I asked the store clerk if I could return any of the mechadise after trying it on. She then replied that 3 of the 5 clothes that I brought were final sale and I was like cool. She then went on to tell me I could get store credit or exchange the left over 2 ( by the way the last 2 were the most of expensive). This review is about the horrible and rascist customer service I received after trying to exchange a blue and white dress out for store credit. I was greeted by a tall Asian woman who works there and yes her race matter because after discussing why she couldn't give me store credit or exchange the dress out she made a assumption on how the dress got supposedly dirty (which it in fact was not but I'll let you the readers decide ) SHE NOTED MY SKIN GOT IT DIRTY was extremely rude. I Kidd you not was intentionally or unintentionally racist. This was because I am a black African American . Then I shot back and said the sizing must of been for Asian. SHE found that rascist even though the product was manufactured in china and they do use a different sizing system then the USA. Longer story short will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN ? wrinkle yes dirty no

Very unfair exchange policy ! I literally made the purchase yesterday..came back the next day to return and was denied even tho the receipt says exchanges allowed before 7 days .Their dressing Room is closed so I couldn’t try the clothes on until I got home ! Terrible and the young lady at the counter gave a fake phone number to reach the manager ! Bad customer service and over price clothing !

This was my favorite store but they are very disappointing they have a unfair return policy even when the item is damage on their part. Monday I can in and bought a dress and found a hole in it came back the next day to exchange it and I was told I couldn’t they lost a huge customer I literally used to love this shop but now I will never shop there and in my opinion the policy has a hint of discrimination in it these stores only do that in black neighborhoods but I show them better than I can tell them never again will I give a penny and at that rate good honest people will put them out of business in no time!
