Excellent location, facility, and staff, front desk to the whole team. First appointment, great first impression! Very, very thorough. In & out in an hour so respectful of patient's time. Dr Erica Peters is professional & personable. Highly recommend her & the office.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Peters and her assistant, Dominique - who wears many hats. This was my first visit and it was more like having a good time and conversation with a thorough check up. Both ladies were very personable, funny and had great bedside manner. Dr. Peters was very thorough and informative. Dominique, yeah, Dominique ?. My fav. If you Thank you both! Oh yeah, the front desk lady is very personable and kind as well! Keep doing what you're doing ladies - it's working!

From your arrival at the front desk you are made to feel special by the wonderful young people there.The professionalism and kindness continues through the Nurses technicians and Dr Artis..I would highly recommend this practice for your health care.

Can somebody let me know what's going on here? Which appointment was canceled? I showed up yesterday at 1:30 PM June 21 for my 2:00 PM appointment, then Janet/ the front desk told me I didn't have any appointment. I asked her to check with the back office to confirm the situation, or with my nurse if there is something that she/Janet didn't know about my appointment over the phone. She didn't go check until I kept asking her to. When Janet came back, she neither denied nor confirmed what the nurse had said and still insisted that I come back tomorrow with an appointment through MyChart. Even after I've told her over and over, that I could not access my chart. This is why my appointment was made and confirmed over the phone with the nurse. I had confirmed with her about the two phone calls from this location office. And she sounded like I lied about my appointment and kept saying I wasn't scheduled on my chart and would need to make another appointment and come back until I told her I can prove to the world the 2 calls recorded from this office. My doctors here are professional, and care. But the front desk. This Isn't the first time I've been treated rudely by Janet (hope she gave me her real name).

My husband and I were patients of Dr martin gonzalez for 25 years. He sadly informed us of his retirement last year ☹️ at which time he advised we could transfer to any doctor at the practice and our records would remain. We called today to see anyone for a same day telehealth which time we were informed we could not be seen until my husband had a physical. Last physical 2021. 25 years of medical records with them and we cant be seen by anyone until he has a physical? Dr gonzalez gave us physicals every 3 years his medical assistant (joan)always called back same day. .Makes no sense . And they were rude about it too.! Guess we won't be staying with this practice.

The front staff that " checks " the patient in for their appointment is rude. Ieasha, the so called front office manager is rude and she purposely said my private information loud enough for other patients to hear asking for 50$ when she KNEW I did not have a copay for my primary doctor.I made a complaint about six months ago and ever since then the front staff has harassed me. They refuse to treat certain patients with respect, and the sad part is these, have the patients personal information and now I don't feel safe. I like Dr Epstein, he is a good doctor, but the front office " patient check in" needs to GO! , Both of them.

Members of my family have used PPG docs over the years. Dr Marcus is an excellent, caring physician. However the operation of the back office is awful. No one reads their “patient portal” for questions, meds refill requests, etc. Messages left on the phone go unreturned. They are never able to work in an appt for a sick patient and we’re told to go to an Urgent Care. Really?

I have seen Dr. De Lisa for the last couple of years. I can not say enough great things about her. She listens thoroughly to you and truly goes out of her way to help you. She is absolutely amazing! I am heartbroken that I will be moving soon and will no longer be her patient. Thank you for everything Dr. De Lisa! I recommend her 100%

Horrible! Not only did they re schedule my appointment to a virtual appointment LAST MINUTE (took off work for nothing) they had me waiting 40+ minutes for the virtual appointment. Which was a bust as they couldn’t see or hear me but I sure heard them! Dr April appeared frustrated & stated she did not care if the virtual appointment worked & I’ll just have reschedule.. not knowing I’m hearing all this! Then she called me on the phone & we continued that way in which she did not seem the least bit interested in my problems. I’m so mad I should’ve canceled & hung up in her face, but I’m in desperate need to know what’s going on with my health... which she was no help. She’s a scam.
