Perfect place of you want to watch the locker perform a magic trick of making all your packages mysteriously disappear without a trace. I had two packages IN A ROW, go missing at the locker. The first time when I contacted them about it, they refused to give details about how my package mysteriously disappeared, just told me that there was no way at all I was getting it back, and told me I'd have to get it refunded. Which great, sounds good, I'll refund it and order it again. Then, two weeks later when I order it again, the SAME EXACT thing happens where it makes it all the way to the locker and disappears without a trace and there's no explanation given at all. Now I'm stuck waiting for two weeks to even get a refund for an order I know will never show up. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially after seeing the reviews for the locker. If you like talking to Amazon customer help all the time trying to find the package, you'll have fun here! But if you want your package anytime soon, wouldn't recommend it.

The young man working there has such a nasty attitude. All he worries about is time to close the store instead of helping a customer already inside prior to closing. They need customer service training again! ?

They do what they’re supposed to. Rarely interact with actual people anymore, and sometimes the machines suck but usually a pretty simple interaction.

Fast and efficient. Parking was kind of confusing since I don’t live in the area, but the employees got my refund processed in a few minutes, I was there for 2 minutes to drop off the air conditioner. Will be back if I have another refund!

Couple of things first, it is in midtown and right by GeorgeTech. If you are planning here on a weekday then probably you are out of luck for parking as road side parking will be very demanding. But if you go on a weekend you could get the parking spot right by the this entrance. I was really surprised by the experience, I was thinking WholeFoods returns are the best, I was wrong it’s this facility. You just carry your package, scan your barcode at the kiosk machine, collect the label and give it to the guy. That’s it.
