Needed to wash my clothes before going into work at UPS. Washed my clothes just fine. It was the dryers that didn’t want to work. Some dryers took my quarters and the online payment system was off-line. Double whammy ugh. At least the attendant refunded my quarters. With all the “temporary out of order” signs posted on so many dryers, I should have taken that as a sign. Haha. Forgot to take a picture. If you ever need to use the laundry facilities, please check beforehand if they are working. Had to take my laundry to Our Best Laundry a mile to dry my clothes.

Oh my , They need a complete makeover. From the security guards, to the workers at the restaurant and the employees. It seems like no one holds each other accountable. Almost everyone there has an attitude. Believe the negative reviews they are not lying. The only reason I visit is because a customer is near by on the west side of Atlanta. This location needs new leadership

Greedy and slightly rude. Free parking for 2 hrs, then $25. Unless u buy 60 gallons or spend $25. Reserved parking is additional restaurant doesn't open until 7am barely let me sit down, 7 minutes b4 opening! Avoid this place if possible since bp bought ta petro things have turned 2 pure corporate greed! Its sickening! I use 2 luv this place. Luvs doesn't act this bad, i'll start using them more because of my recent experiences with ta/ petro were sick of ur blatant greed!Truly a horrendous experience, waited 15 minutes in restaurant wasn't even offered coffee had 2 leave, its unlikely I'll even come here again!

When they finally get around to actually working, they do an acceptable job. But you wait forever and see them hanging out playing on their phone when you really need them to do their job so you can do yours. As for PM work, there's a wonderful mechanic that works after midnight that we love to have work on our truck! She is amazing ?

This Petro is not what it used to be . I sat in restaurant 25 mins with 3-4 waitresses and about 7 people , never even got offered a water.I walked out. It's a plus it still has a restraint but if you can't order and get food in a timely manner.. might be time for new staff.Also $25 for payed parking is just greedy.Havent been here in a long time and it'll be an even longer time before I come back.

If you're thinking of finding a parking space and park it for more than 2 hours you have to pay for it and parking for trucks to spend the night with doesn't make sense in these areas I don't recommend it because it's not worth it

Making drivers pay $25 for 24 hour parking isn't bad, but not keeping the homeless and creeps out while charging is ridiculous. Had some guy walk up to me and before he said anything, he slaps my shoulder then proceeds to ask me for money right at the fuel islands. He smelled horrible and looked like he hadn't showered for years. Now I can't get the smell off my shirt.

I've been coming to this truck stop for many years. It has good days as well as bad. Mostly I come here to shower and shave. There have been times when the stalls are immaculate and times when there's hair everywhere. Or I'm put in a stall that has furniture that you don't want to sit down on for fear of the material collapsing.Not once have I been given a discount for the services I come for. Personally I feel that what is charged for a shower is higher than any stop I've had the pleasure of visiting.It is what it is.DBATJ AutomotiveBeen serving Metro Atlanta Georgia since June of 1984.Mobile repair.I do not work on over the road tractors anymore for health reasons.Just autos and light trucks.

Been here twice and both times the shopping center women yell at me for trying to get my reservation receipt. And told to leave the store. But 3 other guys go in they have no problem. Last I checked it is their job to provide customer service, not their attitude toward someone just trying to get a receipt..... Had this problem fixed by the manager and main office. Thank you team things have been great

I’m going to keep this short and to the point, I was charged $20 for overnight parking even though the lot was full smh I found a reserved spot after a guy pulled out. I noticed the seal on my trailer had been removed the next morning and the load had been tampered with. Moral of the story if you park here for an extended amount of time make sure you WATCH your own trailer because the security only cares about if you paid or not they don’t actually secure anything lmao

I come every morning to get the best coffee on the west side. They always have my blueberry donuts in stock.. And the ladies that work there in the morning are absolutely amazing. #your Favorite High School Science Teacher!!!!

Petro was one of the best truck stop, but this Petro in Atlanta is just a creepy and nasty place to go and stay, I do not want to imagine how the restaurant and food is, “I wouldn’t try it”, you just need to see the lack of cleanliness around every area and employee’s, restrooms are worst and there’s no toilet-paper, laundry washing-machines do not work at all and there’s no way to get your money back. I recommend to use any other truck stop. Or simply stay away from Atlanta GA.

Horrible treatment in the fuel area, there nobody knows the meaning of serving the customer, they do not care that their customers are drivers who arrive tired after working hours to rest. There is no point in reserving parking, when you arrive everything is full, and nobody cares, you spend your money and you can't park in your spot. They don't answer the phone, or they leave you on hold and you have to hang up because no one ever comes back to answer you. It is the worst TA in the country, I will never go back.

Good truck stop with a huge parking lot , been stopping here for years . Free parking with 25$ in store purchase or 60gal fill up . Friendly people , food at the fuel island deli is always fresh and delicious! Clean showers. They have lounge area with a movie theater.
