Lady with short hair at the desk handles her cigarette and phone calls while people wait to buy there stuff...this lady was very rude she works night shift if your boss wants to know...i think she should be fired...im a supervisor she is unfit for a simple job

Refueling App doesn't work here. You have to wait for the girl at the fuel desk to finish her personal phone call or text before she acknowledges you. 9/14 @ 0400. Pumps are trashed with trash everywhere. Take away the golf cart and phones. Attitude all around!

Oh my , They need a complete makeover. From the security guards, to the workers at the restaurant and the employees. It seems like no one holds each other accountable. Almost everyone there has an attitude. Believe the negative reviews they are not lying. The only reason I visit is because a customer is near by on the west side of Atlanta. This location needs new leadership

I am about to be done with TA . So tired of their old system. I think I will not go to TA on purpose from now on. Their app don't work and you have to login in kiosk inside of the store. No more.

Food is good but they just made me mad when I paid for my food but they give it away to the mechanics. Then in the shop they done 30 minutes worth of work then sit around then charge me 2 hours.

Greedy and slightly rude. Free parking for 2 hrs, then $25. Unless u buy 60 gallons or spend $25. Reserved parking is additional restaurant doesn't open until 7am barely let me sit down, 7 minutes b4 opening! Avoid this place if possible since bp bought ta petro things have turned 2 pure corporate greed! Its sickening! I use 2 luv this place. Luvs doesn't act this bad, i'll start using them more because of my recent experiences with ta/ petro were sick of ur blatant greed!Truly a horrendous experience, waited 15 minutes in restaurant wasn't even offered coffee had 2 leave, its unlikely I'll even come here again!

If you're thinking of finding a parking space and park it for more than 2 hours you have to pay for it and parking for trucks to spend the night with doesn't make sense in these areas I don't recommend it because it's not worth it
