Worst eating out experience ever....food was undone to the point of getting sick from consumption.Then when I asked for them to replace the food it never came after waiting over 30 minutes....I couldn't believe what happened and just walked out and threw up not to long after from the meal!!!Nikki was the manager on duty

This place is never consistent with staff. They are not here to service the drivers. Showers always down due to non staff. Floor staff late, unclean bathrooms, it’s an on going issue and nobody seems to correct it. Drivers come off the road and need a shower. All this staff-management is walk around and laugh, come into work when they want too, staff also have customer service issues. NOBODY IS LISTENING!!! Drivers spend MONEY and pay for parking. The very least you can do is keep staff. I understand why they can’t keep nobody because THE MANAGEMENT do not honor the mission statement of the company!!!! You can’t turn everyone back to the road better especially if they need a bathe! They need you to service the community!!! Drivers need the support to keep their lives going so they can service their customers!!!! This is the most disappointing place of business!

Everyone is pretty friendly, the showers could definitely use an update and the hot water was almost non-existent, on the plus side the parking lot is pretty big but on top of the Gate fee there are a lot of paid parking spots, personally I think any truck stop that has a gate fee really isn't worth stopping at. Oh And the restaurant is pretty good.....at giving you really burnt food wouldn't order any type of meat unless you like it over well-done

Just be careful Drivers secure your trailer I wake up in the morning fiddling my trailer door wide open. They break the seal looking for valuable goods just secure your trailer before going to sleep.

Nikki the restaurant manager was working. Smash burger was dry and burnt. I asked them to remake the burger after 2 bites. I couldn't get past the charred taste. Nikki said she would take 25% off of the meal instead of making me a new burger as I ate half of it. I tipped the waitress and told the manager to call the police if needed that I was not paying for my meal. Security detained me and they said they were calling police, but told me I was free to go. Management needs to be addressed at this location.

A non pleasant experience with a morbidly obese cashier who's name is Felicia. If it weren't for truckers, she would be collecting Government funds. The dusty looking security guard with his I presume "intimidating stares" with a "on the corner selling drugs" stance. These people are non professional as well as their attempts to demonstrate power by attitude and stares. Giving their appearance of age, it is too late to teach. They are a product of their environment. Dated and dusty (not literally) truck stop where you pay 25.00 a night for ignorant remedial workers.

The rating being a 1.9 is crazy! The staff I encountered was nice and friendly. Since when did iron skillet start closing?! That’s sooo inconvenient. The price of parking up to $25 and showers at $16 is crazy! I know why I don’t come here! They should be absolutely ashamed. Petro knows full well trucking was going to keep going regardless of this plandemic. Them pretending like they were affected by it is crazy.

Iron Skillet is super slow taking more than an hour to get food at dinner time and breakfast the next morning.Your prices are TOO HIGH for the lack of service.
