My post was deleted, so I'm reposting!!! Dale ruined my Party Poodle's coat!!!! I had her grown out so fluffy and cute like a teddy bear since November 2024. Never had a matting issue since I had her and I booked based off of his time recommendation (even after the first cut was less
than appealing), and he shaved her down before
even giving her a bath, which usually address the
tangles near her neck and chest. Not to mention,
he cut her face totally wrong!! My dog looks like
she has a block head and a lazy eye. fI you love
your dog, DON'T GET THEM GROOMED AT
PETCO!!! Petco, please start sending your
groomers to training or school. This is absolutely
ridiculous for $160.

Brandon the cashier was so rude and disrespectful. Here’s some context: This was my first time at this store and I didn’t know exactly where to pay, I swipe my card and after getting my receipt i kindly asked for a bag and his reply was “my bags costs 10 cents, each one” gave me one and immediately turn around. I could have paid for the bag, without any problem. His attitude was horrible. Avoid being served by this person.

Terrible customer service. Selling Staff gives different information on products . Sydney who is a manager has no sales knowledge as she would rather take back a $70 return than to sell a 49 cent gold fish . Left my context information for the general manager and did not receive a call . Their customer service is not a priority.

Don’t take your dog here for grooming. Keep your dog away from Sara! We love our fur babies and want them to treated right. Sara shouldn’t be trusted with dogs. Stay away from this place.

I had a disappointing experience at Petco grooming. My appointment was significantly delayed, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, the staff seemed frustrated and took it out on me. I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of communication and courtesy was unacceptable. I expected better service and they have lost a long time customer

I never felt so belittled a day in my life.I will not return. Today, I encountered a significant level of disrespect and the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Yesterday, while taking my dog for her annual vaccinations at Petco, I attempted to schedule a bath appointment since my usual groomer at Woof Gang Grooming was unavailable. A courteous gentleman informed me that they were fully booked but would add me to a standby list for any cancellations. Later that day, I received a call offering a 9 AM appointment for the following day. However, upon my arrival the next day, I was slightly delayed due to Atlanta traffic and found the doors closed with no one in sight. After knocking on the door and windows, I noticed a what seemed to be a shadow but received no response. I then called, prompting two associates to appear, visibly annoyed. When I inquired about the appointment scheduling, I acknowledged my frustration while holding my dog. One employee sternly informed me that I was late, claiming they had waited until 9:15 AM. I disputed this, and another employee, Sarah, confirmed her absence due to a restroom break,after waiting for. The time now was 9:23 AM. She then took my dog to the back with evident irritation. When I returned to collect my dog, Sarah handed me a receipt for payment in which I paid and even donated to the Petco Animal Fund. Once I paid, I returned for Nyla. Upon my return, she returned my dog in a brusque manner, unlike previous groomers, and abruptly stated that due to my alleged yelling and lieing (yes she said I "LIED"), they would no longer provide services for my dog. I clarified that I had not yelled she expressed her that she would not be offering services to me and my dog again. It is unfortunate to acknowledge, but I believe it to be accurate, particularly in the current environment. Had I been a white woman, the remarks directed at me would likely have been different. In the realms of retail and customer service, the principle that the customer is always right prevails, even in instances where they may not be. My dog weighs only 7 pounds, and I could have easily bathed her in my own sink; however, I chose to patronize this establishment. Given the challenging economic conditions nationwide, it is perplexing that any business would refuse a customer's patronage. Like I said Never again.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming . There staff has the worst attitude to to point where it makes you not even trust or feel comfortable leaving your pet there . If they treat there customer with that bad energy how you they will treat your dog . First time I came the 1/3 shaved my 9 pound mini snoodle and stopped because the groomer didn’t feel like finishing . Today is the second time I tried to get my dog groom quickly because everyone seems to be booked . I called and set an appointment for today at 3pm just for me to get here and claim I I didn’t speake to anyone and not have an appointment or my information in the system. They had only 2-3 dogs and told me I would have to come back next Friday. Like gtfooh . I don’t leave reviews but the grooming portion of their store sucks

They won't take appointments over the phone. When you make an appointment online, the site is glitchy. All their chat feature does is tell you to call the store. The store won't make appointments over the phone. Rinse and repeat.
Take your business somewhere else that wants it and makes it easy on you.

If you love your dog, do not take your dog to grooming here! I will never go back to the store anymore! Sarah and the manager here is really really bad! Initially I only order the bath premium service. After I dropped my dog, Sarah called me several times saying I’d better do a shed release package to help release the hair. However, She directly cut the hair! If so, why you call me several times for shed release package if you just cut the fur making her so ugly? Moreover, my dog got severe diarrhea in this grooming. My dog poop 4 times within 6 hours. What’s more? She keeps scraping all over her body. Highly doubt if they properly cleaned my dog!
B.T.W. Do not intend to get your money back for this awful service, the manager has her own set of arguments. Finally, they charged me for bath, brush out , shed release package. The 50 out of 88 buck I spent is totally useless.
Please share this review to people if they want to take their baby here, see if they want to take the risk :)

I would detest going to that guy Azmer or something I don’t remember his name. He did a horandous job to my shihtzu just chiseled out his entire fur, gave him cuts on paws and back. My baby is not able to walk straight because he feels naked. This groomer should be fired from his job. He seemed very disinterested and full from the time we reached. You can see his muscles he looks sick. Please don’t get ur baby groomed from this man

I’ve been taking my dog to the grooming salon here for almost three years and I love Sydney!! She’s so sweet to my dogs, gives awesome customer service, and always communicates well. 10/10 superstar groomer

I get my dog bathed here, the staff is always pretty friendly.. my dog absolutely hates baths so I am more then happy to pay the 80 here for them to do it. Then usually tip 15 or 20 bucks cause I know it was probably awful for them. Lol. Thanks yall!

I took my dog to this Petco to get groomed and he smelled good for 3 days. When the sprayed on sent wore off the bad odor stench came out. Simply put my dog was not properly washed. I do not recommend you bring your dog here for grooming.

Great staff very friendly and very helpful. Didn't find what I was looking for. But they were very accommodating and even tried to give me some suggestions of other places that might have the item that I was looking for.
