The staff here are top tier!!! They have easily made this my favorite place to get all my pets needs.
I like to acknowledge Sarah & Cupertina for going over & beyond with my situation. The other staff members are a vibe too! Everyone is attentive, very friendly & is always available to help with anything you need.
I hope Petco offer some kind of recognition for this store's level of customer service.

I walked into the Edgewood store in Atlanta, GA and the greeter asked going into vetco, do I have an appointment? The service and customer service was great, great! I have been to another pet store and it was not a good experience, so I'm glad to find a really human and pet friendly pet store. That was not my only visit, I also signed up for dog training.

This is for vetco. The people are ridiculously slow and lacking professionalism. I am never taking my dog here again. Waiting almost an hour after confirming my appointment and getting there on time.

I don’t understand where the supposed professionals specializing in dog grooming are trained. I took my puppy for a cut for the first time, thinking this place was professional and that I could trust its staff. As soon as I arrived, the person in charge didn’t let me speak and immediately He said that since my dog is 6 months old, he would only trim around the eyes, paws, and rear. Instead of a small trim, he used the clippers all over and gave my dog a terrible cut. It was also quite expensive. I’m upset; my poor puppy looks very strange.

Very bad experience and attention. Only excuses and negative answers without any explanation or advice, and they did not want to sell us anything. The discomfort they had with us for being Hispanic was noticeable. What a bad time they put us through...

Lakeisha was an amazing help with the purchase of my dog’s vest. Lakeisha asked me questions about my dog’s needs and about my concerns and then showed me the right product I needed to purchase for walking her. Lakeisha had the biggest smile on her face the entire time and she was so bubbly and friendly while assisting me. She even pet my dog and fitted the dog vest on her. Even though Lakeisha was probably just doing her job how she normally does, she went above and beyond by being very friendly, assisting, hands on, and very knowledgeable and informative towards me. My life has already changed significantly with the product Lakeisha assisted me in buying! Keep up the great work and I’m happy to have Petco as my grooming and pet care needs store!!

they had to cut my dog nail back and they explain what I needed to do for him doing his recovery. Also Brandon took him to my car and that showed me the staff cared about him.

So far this experience was good 3 was ago I purchased 2 fish the next day one fish died I live over 10 miles from the store and they put my reciept in the bag with the fish and it got wet so I just lost my $ was nothing wrong with my water I still have the other fish but petco would not replace the fish
