Our business has been working with Penske for a very long time and the experience has been okay. They have decent rates; however, the overall team is pretty incompetent. We will call and make a reservation and agree upon a rate of X cents per mile, but when I go to pick-up the truck from Home Depot, I am told that the rate is different.Another issue that I have dealt with a few times is not having updated insurance documents on file - even after those files are sent to the Penske office. I'll send the documents to the Penske team and they'll claim that it has been updated but then when I go to pick-up a truck, that is not the case.The quality of the trucks are overall fine, but the customer service is very subpar. I hope a tech company disrupts the legacy truck rental companies. It will come in due time.- Ali T.

Expensive... Everything else was amazing. Set me up early on the same day of a move. I had a lift on the back end of the truck #lifesavior , and the truck felt like new with 60,000+ miles on it. Loved driving this thing... Wish it was mine ? they allowed me to drop off at a nearby home depot because they were closing early.

This location sucks! The first truck that they offered me was filthy both inside the cab and in the back of the truck. The second truck that I brought back had rubber molding coming off of the side and was fixed with electrical tape, which, of course, did not hold. The lazy Penske employee told me that I needed to pull the truck around back before she would give me a receipt. I walked out. Do yourself a favor and rent from U-Haul...
