If you want to save your pregnancy don't visit this place especially don't take ultrasound in this location. The technician here is the worst. My wife lost her pregnancy after coming here. Ultrasound technician doesn't handle with care at all.

I’ve been a patient at the Sandy Springs location of this practice for ~3 years. I’ve been a GYN pt and am now seeing the providers as an OB pt. I really want to shout out triage nurse Jen A., sonographer Brenda, and Dr. Johns. These are amazing clinicians and I appreciate them so much! I’ve never felt more heard and understood by members of my medical team - ever!
Any time I call with a medical question about my pregnancy (or a general gynecological question), Jen always gets back to me quickly and handles my concerns with care and attention. It is so comforting to be able to speak with someone you can tell truly cares when you’re going through something!
I’m always so excited to see Brenda at appointments - she’s so thorough and makes sure you feel comfortable/confident when you’re having an ultrasound of any kind.
Dr. Johns has been a wonderful doctor throughout my pregnancy so far and even before. When I’ve had medical issues in the past, her concern has always been to get to the bottom of the issue and leave no stone unturned.
All this to say, I feel so happy to be a patient at this practice and I’m so grateful for these three professionals in particular. Thank you, PWC!!

Coming to update my experience on this place now that I delivered a healthy baby boy. I would like to say thank you to the doctors who sympathized with me week after week coming to the hospital because I was dismissed from services at 33 weeks. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was feeling my son move less and less on top of bleeding constantly. When I went to the ER we had trouble locating his heartbeat and after being monitored he had dips in his heart rate. Thank you Dr. Clay for making the decision to go ahead and induce me. Thank you for encouraging me to keep pressing forward after being dismissed. Thank you Dr.Rogg for delivering my son. & thank you to the best midwife I’ll never get a chance to see again Laurie. As a black woman please don’t come to this place. All I did was want to file a grievance on how a doctor talked to me in the ER after being in distressed about constant bleeding after 30 weeks. I was then dismissed from services because of that. I was told I have 30 days to come in for emergencies but I just went to the ER instead. The rudest practice manager I’ve ever encountered was so determined to let me know PWC will not be delivering my kid when each doctor told me that I’m still covered. Clearly she doesn’t know the actual rules or just doesn’t care for black women. I was told to make a follow up appointment from my midwife after my c section and guess what I can’t. You would think they would at least follow up on the procedure right? Nope!! Now I have to call and beg other doctors to check a procedure they didn’t do when I have concerns about the healing process and pain. An absolute nightmare. If you see anyone besides Dr.Clay do not complain. This establishment lacks compassion for black women and I work in healthcare so to experience this has hurt me to the core and traumatized me. Do better. Smh!

PWC has a flawed and unfair work environment. The company does not care for its employees and allows behaviors that are not conducive to a thriving work environment. Do not work here!! They over work and underpay. They are NOT concerned about the well being of their employees. You will be very unhappy working here, as the turnover rate is through the roof. BEWARE if looking for employment. Management is lazy and lacks etiquette and fairness. BEWARE

I’m very disappointed this practice did not work for me. I was referred to Dr. Grogan by two friends so I felt this would be great. Although, I have only seen Dr. Grogan once at the midtown location, the staff member I believe Susanne who contacts you through messages and or over the phone to discuss labs, has made me look for another practice for my OBGYN care. I was seen at the Northside location a few times for blood work and a year later this year for a quick visit with a nurse practitioner Susan, (which I’m not sure if this is the same person who contacted me over the phone and via messages on the office app.) when I found out I was pregnant. I sent a complaint a month ago about this individual who called me after I had a miscarriage to say I needed to still come in for blood work to make sure my Hcg levels were at 0 and no one reached out to me about what I experienced with this lady over the phone. Even if no one felt this individual was rude to me, someone still should have reached out.
I felt this individual had no type of empathy while talking to me and it had been just a day or two after my miscarriage. She was looking over my charts and told me my AMH level were “hmm just ok at my age” and wanted to keep repeating “well at your age” etc… she also wanted to discuss with me not having a surgery for possible polyps and this could have caused the miscarriage. I explained why I didn’t have the surgery and the reason was at that time I didn’t want to pay for it due to the tech attempts to insert the catheter, but discontinued after several attempts and stated they “believe” they saw a polyp. I’ve had this surgery years before and the medical staff at that time actually saw and confirmed what they saw and the procedure to check for polyps was not painful as this one was with Peachtree. I’m also aware that polyps can grow back but who in their right mind will pay for a survey and have doctors go in and do God knows what on a “I think we saw a polyp.” So I told this lady I think I would like to see a specialist and she preceded to say “well you know that can be expensive and you know your insurance doesn’t pay for that.” I didn’t ask for that information, I clearly just needed some recommendations which was not given to me until today when I requested to be seen for progesterone to be prescribed to me. A message was sent saying “since I’ve asked to see a specialist in the past here are some names” and the names were provided in the message. I feel this office basically ignored my complaint, my feelings, ignored professionalism with having empathy for the exact issues this office should have empathy for and because of this I will no longer visit this practice.

The doctors and NPs are great, but the logistics are ruining this place for me. Twenty minutes spent circling in the parking lot due to insufficient spaces. The parking decks are for staff only. Utterly ridiculous to have patients honk-fighting each other on the lot over spaces, which I witnessed twice this morning. In addition, one of my two appointments was cancelled at the last minute this morning. I only found out because I clicked on the link to verify the address and got a cancellation pop-up. When I called the office to see what had happened, the receptionist said one of my two appointments was canceled (employee absence) but the other was still in place. After finally getting into the building (still on time because I arrived so early), I was told that both had been cancelled. On the day-of the appointment! With no phone call or any other notice. And instead of getting an apology, the receptionist behaved as if I had done something wrong. In fact, I had done everything right. I verified my appointment as soon as the office opened, confirmed that one appointment was in place, and arrived 20 minutes early. I did not deserve to be treated like a miscreant. They found me another spot, which I greatly appreciated -- and that's the only reason this review is three stars and not one.

Dr. K Clay has always made the process of coming to the Dr very easy going and informative. I trust her judgement and she always open to answering questions and doing what is best for her patients! The staff at PWC midtown is also very friendly and makes me feel comfortable and taken care of! I highly recommend Dr. Clay and this office!
