These were ordered and delivered within 2.5 hours in metro Atlanta! Beautiful job and so happy with them. They were a gift for my parents anniversary and I am happy I chose Peachtree Petals.

I needed to order 2 dozen yellow roses for Employee Appreciation. I placed the order after business hours for next day pickup on a Saturday. I then realized I'd accidentally only ordered the 1 dozen bouquet. So the next morning, I spoke with Ryan at Peachtree Petals and asked if I could add another dozen yellow roses to my pickup order without delaying the pickup. Ryan was honest and told me that the remaining yellow roses weren't perfect. He allowed me to add 1 dozen red roses instead and the gift turned out even better than planned. Thanks to Ryan, we received 24 perfect roses instead of 12 perfect roses and 12 not-so-perfect. A dozen for love, and a dozen for friendship, because this employee is a beloved friend to all. Thank you, Peachtree Petals, this was a great experience and the roses are absolutely gorgeous!!

Peachtree Petals did an amazing job on a custom corsage on a pearl bracelet and matching boutonniere last minute, THE DAY BEFORE PROM!! White roses with accents of purple hyacinths! Beautiful!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my best friend in Atlanta. I love to use local businesses if possible, even out of state! Peachtree Pedals were INCREDIBLE!! The process to order was so easy online and everything came out correctly. I also ordered less than 24 hours in advance and they delivered next day by noon—amazing!!! The arrangement turned out beautiful and my bestie said her house smelled amazing. Price is amazing as well for hand done, local delivery arrangements. Highly recommend!

I did a google search for a funeral spray for my mom the day of her viewing . This was one of the hardest things I needed to do . Peachtree Petals was one of the first choices that came up . When I tell you awesome customer service , they gave me advice on which selection would work best , and they delivered them the same day . I hate I can’t remember her name who took my order over the phone but she was so awesome!!! Amazing customer service. The spray was so beautiful and smelled so good . I would like to personally thank Peachtree Petals for the beautiful spray for my mother. My family thought they were so beautiful as well . If I ever need flowers for any occasion, Peachtree Petals will be my only call !!! One call that’s all . I want to thankyou from the bottom of my heart ❤️

What great customer service and absolutely gorgeous fresh flowers!!! I received this beautiful lavender Valentine's Day display of flowers from my husband and was beyond happy! The buds have not even fully opened yet! Todd answered the phone when I called after hours to ask about the care needed for the flowers. The florists' already trimmed the stems and put feeding into the flowers before pickup, so the extra pack I received with the flowers can be put into water within a few days. Now it's just time to enjoy and hug my hubby more! Great customer care and wonderful flowers!!! Side note: this is the second time my husband has gotten flowers here; great service both times and worth the extra cost- per my husband.

My husband bought me a beautiful arrangement for my birthday, and since it was his first time using Peachtree Petals, he wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, we will be using them again as the flowers were gorgeous, lasted a very long time, and were less expensive than our old florist in the suburbs!Thank you Peachtree for helping to brighten my birthday.

Worked with me at the 11th hour to get a bouquet to my sister-in-law on a special day. This was handled smoothly, and long distance, despite the fact they had computer issues. Communication was top notch. The bouquet was beautiful and the price reasonable. This was the second time I used Peachtree Petals and expect it won't be the last.

Expecting an arrangement scheduled to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. When I checked my order status, it said it was delivered and signed for at 6:30pm. Ran back camera footage with concierge and security for hours, just to call them the next day for Ian to tell me it was in fact not delivered and will be delivered the following day because the business was closed. I am the business owner and my business was in fact not closed. Ian was very unapologetic, lousy, and lack professionalism. Being that I am a business owner myself, I’m beyond disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service, I don’t know why I gave them a third chance. After the first time they screwed something up, they said they would make it right and made what I would call a half hearted effort to do it. It wasn’t great, but I gave them another shot. Figuring everyone deserves at least a second chance. This time, they ruined Valentine’s Day just like they’ve done twice before. Please please please do yourself a favor and find a different florist.
