We have three dogs we take there, one being a sr chihuahua. Dr Kahn is always gentle and you can tell he truly cares about animals. He remembers our little old guy from previous visits and wants the best for him. Best vet office we have ever used.

I visited Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital last year and wanted to keep this hospital as a primary care practice for my dog, however there were two ladies that absolutely made me realize this would not be possible due to the unpleasant nature of the experiences I had with both the manager (I believe her name is Lilliana) and the doctor with blonde hair. Both women were incredibly rude and had no empathy or regard for my situation. I decline to go into detail further but the public should know what they're getting into here with some of the staff here and that they aren't very people oriented or understanding. It's a shame, but as long as you have people like this in charge here the hospital can never truly flourish. Other than this, I have nothing but great things to say about the rest of the staff including amazing service from Alecia, Dannie and Vicctoria at the front desk - a winning, wonderful crew! The manager should take a few notes from the personable nature and helpfulness of everyone that works up front and maybe she'd be better at her job.

My sweet Bee got a dental cleaning and extractions done today, and it was such a great experience! Every member of the staff was so kind and answered my many many questions both in person and over the phone. Dr Groll was fantastic about keeping me in the loop while performing extra extractions which really eased my anxiety. Thank you all so much <3 :)

I have been a client of Dr. Groll's for three years now. She has been my primary care vet for both of my dogs and I can say that she is the most incredible veterinarian and has been my rock as I navigate being a dog mom. One of my dogs is a purebred hunting dog that is a part of a breed that can have kidney issues. She has been caring with my concerns as well as reasonable and timely with always checking his values annually and taking special consideration during this exams. My other dog is a rescue who has suffered from anxiety associated with loud noises as well as allergies. Dr. Groll shows compassion about these two common problems and knows how important they feel to us even though it is probably something she sees daily. She is honest about what preventative care is worth budgeting for and makes a special effort to make sure my shy girl is comfortable and at east when visiting the vet. She makes every visit a positive one. Recently, my girl pup needed a dental. I was very nervous about anesthesia and the whole process. She went over the low risks, the good health and age my dog is for this procedure, and checked in with me before and after the procedure so that I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in the best hands. This doctor is unmatched and I am so happy I found her and Peachtree Creek! I also want to give a huge shout out to the rest of the staff. The technicians and assistants have a great vibe at the clinic and appear to enjoy and care about what they do. They take excellent care of my dogs and are patient with them for shots/blood draws. The front desk staff is professional and kind. I had an issue with my credit card on file and they quickly fixed the issue and made payment/scheduling a breeze! Highly recommend this practice for your furbabies!!!

I have taken my dog Ansley here since her first puppy checkup. They are very friendly, professional and responsive. All the doctors are excellent - I wouldn't want to take my pup anywhere else.

1 Star (Currently) Dr. Kahn went from a once highly compassionate, highly responsive professional to the absolute opposite. I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone. No one deserves to feel like a nuisance when they are concerned for their animals well being. (Even if it’s over the holidays). Being awesome is easy but staying awesome is what me and my pets deserve. Please review all the other 1-2 star reviews from other pet owners sharing the same sentiments. Someone as busy as Dr. Jonathan Kahn, who cant respond to emails sent during a holiday, but simultaneously complains about having received them is far too arrogant to put up with any abuse of his staff. Like another reviewer stated- his response says everything. Dr. Kahn, I will be pursuing legal recourse against your office.

This location is one of the best in the city! Every time I bring my baby duke he is treated so well and the staff is super attentive/knowledgeable. Whoever is managing the place, keep up the good work!

How do I give no stars??? Since day 1 all they want is money. You tell them what you don’t want and they still try and sneak charges on you at checkout. So what happens if I pay for a service that I told you I didn’t want after im already half way out the door are you going to stop me and say come back we charged you for this after you said no so here you go. NO you guys charge customers after they say no then let them leave. Don’t believe any of the we are cheaper than other vets. It’s one 1 mile from them with half the exam fee and half the xray fee. This establishment is full of scammers do not take your dog here unless it’s first visit or emergency and please check to make sure they don’t charge you for things you say no too. For the sake of your sanity and dogs health as well as your pockets DO NOT GO HERE! Told them my dog has a broke arm maybe and they say come tomorrow a whole 24 hours later. You guys suck! You people do NOT care about animals!!

I took my dog there Jan 4,2024 for 2 shots the doctor comes in the office we're I was with my dog showed me what I would be getting done shots for my dog which was 47$ the shots maybe took 5 minutes if that next thing you know they were charging my credit card 434.56$ man I had to dispute the charge with my bank I told them IT was fraudulent because these people staff members there are beyond tricky they will get you for your money so please know what your paying for because scammers come in all shapes and sizes and colors.

My cat has cancer her long time VCA vet just handed me an end of life brochure. I was lost and anxious about treating her sarcoma from trial and error off the internet Info. then I called Peachtree Creek Hospital and wonderful Mgr. Liliana brought me right in. Dr.Kahn (owner) examined my cat and told me what to expect and how to treat her wound. He was GREAT. Even though she is still dying I now know that I can give her the best care during this precious time. This is a very caring and good place to take your beloved animals.

Friendly faces, kind, helpful and great music taste when I walked in. (personally for me when i’m worried about my furry friend, good music helps) I’d definitely recommend this vet to other pet owners. First experience and the amount of care they gave my cat for the price was remarkable. Also the art around the walls is adorable. Thank you everyone!

Switched to PCAH earlier this year and have no regrets. Easy to make appointments without waiting for weeks. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
