I visited the Huff Road store on a Saturday only to find out that they have ONE person to assist customers. They will not take appointments on Saturday, so it's first come, first serve. We were told to come back on a weekday. My husband and I work and are trying to rebuild an entire home that burned. PDI could use some customer service help, so we took our business to Ferguson.

I just had an excellent experience at the PDI Alpharetta showroom. I was welcomed as I walked in, and immediately told to reach out of I needed help. Savannah was so good!! She listened to me, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Yay! I can cross off more of my list.

Real pleasure working with these guys. Needed a bathroom plumbing part asap and they had it in stock. In & out really quick. Its was full of pros getting parts for their jobs but they were able to help regular, ole homeowner me out with no problems

How hard is it to say "Hi! Please let me know if you have any questions?" There were no less than 5 people ignoring our presence in this very small showroom. There are too many other great places to shop including Ferguson, Waterworks and European Kitchen and Bathworks.

I have called them a number of times regarding lighting and plumbing fixtures. I've either been disconnected or been given the runaround as to if they actually had an item in stock. Complete waste of time.

All the ladies(about 4 of them) just sat at their desk playing with their phone and do nothing... we were very close to figuring out what we need but no one was really interested in our business. These people must get paid very little to be so indifferent to the customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They promised me two vanities in two weeks and two months later I have only received my first one. They also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call once a week to find out the status on my vanities and didn’t even receive a call or email when they pushed back my order two months. Honestly wish I could rate them 0 stars.

I had a fantastic experience with Shari at PDI. She helped me on a project for a house flip I was working on. Super knowledgeable and provided info and selections for plumbing fixtures/companies I didn't know existed. She's also helped me with projects in my own personal home. I've recommended her to others, and would continue to do so. The showroom is also top notch. Definitely worth a visit! Ask for Shari!
