Kelvin was a great help also took the time to point out the difference in prices with the garments. This man deserves a raise. Very outstanding customer service and excellent down to earth store with fashion.

Horrible customer service, cashier Peter, has no business being around customers, he did not want to be there and his demeanor showed it. He was rude to the older male ahead of me. Asked me 2 forms of ID and then undressed me with his eyes.

Couldn't find ANYTHING!!! I asked the front lady if they had anything else other than skinny jeans, like straight leg or mom jeans, and she had no idea what I was talking about. They also have a bad environment. They were playing Chris brown and a Christian sermon at the same time?

I bought some items prior to the covid outbreak. Given the circumstances, I felt it was safe to visit the store to exchange the items. I figured a reasonable business would understand why I didn't come in within their 14 day exchange period. Originally, the cashier said it was ok. After about 20 minutes of me looking for the items in my size, the manager calls me over and say she can't honor my exchange because I didn't call her and give my name. She then says if I had used common sense I would have called. I told her that she knows what's been going on. If you are going to honor exchanges due to the virus, why is it necessary for me to call? I will never step back in this store again.

I have gone here several times and and every staff member that I encountered was super nice and friendly/comical. The dressing room associates were very cooperative and polite with all the clients. I cannot hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and family around. Superb!!

Great sales no refunds only exchanges and they do not offer a gift card. Oh! And you only have two weeks from the time of purchase.
