PALMER HOUSE WILL SUE YOU!! GEORGIA EDWARDS, a realtor with Palmer House sued a family with small children after she tricked them. She inserted a one year "exclusive" into an offer the couple made on ONE home after they wisely refused to sign a buyer brokerage exclusive agreement. The offer failed and the listing agent in Canton reported that Georgia's contracts are LATE AND SLOPPY. Palmer House and Georgia Edwards SUED THE FAMILY when they purchased a house with another agent after learning about her incompetency. Palmer House NEVER looked into the facts. The law suit was VINDICTIVE AND GREEDY. They intentionally harmed good people. Georgia will call you her "family" to endear herself. She is a VERY DECEPTIVE INDIVIDUAL. Georgia put a lock box and a sign on the same couple's home without their permission and pressured them to sell because she said their neighborhood was "changing". We called her about listing our home prior to knowing that she is a very litigious person. During a phone call with Georgia, her husband Buddy, who she refers to as her "closer" joined in to pressure us. They told us we needed to quickly list because "WHITE FLIGHT" had already taken place in our lovely neighborhood. That is NOT true and we are NOT racists. We were deeply offended and hurt by their attempt at what is also known as blockbusting. Palmer House apparently supports these practices as Georgia Edwards is still there. Please beware. Georgia Edwards is dangerous and with Palmer House, she has the resources to do a great deal of harm to innocent people with a team of corporate lawyers at her disposal. Unfortunately, Palmer House has ZERO interest in the truth. This review was written to spare innocent people from being sued by GEORGIA EDWARDS and Palmer House.

This agent did not show up for closing!!! We hired Amy Thompson to sell our house. We had a bad experience and would not recommend this agent to anyone. Communication was lacking throughout this process. We never felt that this agent was on our side. After showings, we had to wait a week to hear feedback because she only emails once a week. It was a frustrating that we didn't know what the potential buyers thought. We had to call the vice president of her company to step in and fix things. Avoid this agent!

Used Debbie Condon of PalmerHouse to sell my parents' house after their deaths. Debbie had sold the next door neighbor's house fairly quickly. She worked well with my brother who was living in the house and was always very responsive to me (a very important trait, in my opinion). She assisted us in finding a company to handle an estate sale. My brother and I enjoyed our dealings with Debbie and would highly recommend her if you are looking for a real estate agent.

Visited Mrs. Quiana Watson for a consultation and I was highly impressed. Not only did I sign with her exclusively, but the information she provided to me and my husband before and currently is unmatched. Check her out if you need some real estate advice.

RUN from this unprofessional and unethical brokerage. their agent Nyame Murray wasted 2 days of my time as a seller to clean and prepare for the showing of 12000 home instead of spending my kids i paid $1200 to fly in for the weekend, and answer endless questions - her intelligence is very low - so its same questions over and over. 38 mnts before showing she asked if she will get 5% commission - I asked her to review the property info in mls and if she demands GREATER commission she needs to get a higher price - so she cancelled! (again bcs her lack of intelligence and ethics) Apparently she shill did no understand any info i explained to her before. This lady also violates the Basic Realtor Code of Ethics and Real Estate Agents law requiring to provide BROKERAGE info in signature of all marketing materials like email signature -- I had to google her to find she is with PalmerHouse Properties. See yourself; Nyame Murray REALTOR® 404-809-5822

Just wanted say how amazing it has been working with Jordan Kirby of PalmerHouse! I'll start with, last year in May, my boyfriend and I were getting ready to move to Atlanta, Ga from Jupiter, Fla per work relocation. We knew nothing about the area, & were shopping places on Zillow & trulia, & were unable to see them in person before locking in a lease. We wanted to rent first as we got to know the area, before potentially buying in the future. We actually had a house in mind and had started the paperwork already, when I as laying in bed, looking a bit more just to make sure there weren't any new listings, & that's when I found THE HOUSE. I woke my bf up who wanted nothing to do with looking at anymore houses... but when I got him to take a look, he knew it was the one too. It was late, but the way real estate moves so quickly in Atlanta, I told him... CALL NOW. If we wait until the morning, it'll probably be gone. So we called, & Jordan answered. We apologized for the time of the call, but he was totally okay with it, and gave us all the details on this house. He said they were having an open house tomorrow, when I interrupted & cut him off, and said "PLEASE JUST CALL US RIGHT AFTER! We need this house!" And he kept his promise. We got the lease paperwork going, drove up Atlanta, and the saw house looked at stunning in person as it did in the photos.. Fast forward to now. We were ready to start looking into buying a home. We have never hired a realtor bc it's just hard to expect someone to know exactly what you're looking for, and find it... when I'm looking all day anyhow.. one house we inquired about, we were pressured to sign with a female realtor and that experience was just awful! Only reason we agreed was because, again, the way real estate moves, we wanted to see this property stat! & had to sign with her to do so.. Then, in conversation with our landlord, he reminded us of his realtor Jordan. I was like... "duh!" Ugh. So we reached out to Jordan and asked him for advice on getting out of contract w this lady. His advice worked, and we were FREE!! Jordan never made us sign with him, we have taken him from Canton, to Underwood Hills, to Smyrna, to Marietta... he has been so amazing! To the point that I NEED to walk through homes with him to hear his thoughts because of how knowledgeable he is. We TRUST HIM 100%. And I'm so happy to say, that we are now under contract with our dream house, & Jordan made it happen! He referred us to a great Lender, Jason. This whole process was HELL prior to working with Jordan, & now, he has made it so much fun & I have learned so much from this experience, & his passion for real estate and what he does has even made me start looking into getting my real estate license! We can't thank our landlord, Corey, enough for reminding us of Jordan who put us in this beautiful rental home, & now, is helping us buy our dream home!! If anyone needs an honest, genuine, no pressure, & always there to answer your questions, realtor.. please look no further, and contact Jordan Kirby. You will not be disappointed!

Do NOT EVER do business with Yakira with Palmer House. MAJORLY unethical. Withheld a signed contract because they received another offer. She was also extremely negligent and deceptive with a square footage discrepancy. 1900 square feet listed, measured out at 1125! Either negligent, incompetent, or both. Will have my guard up entirely if I encounter an agent from Palmer House again.

I found a listing on Craiglist and sent inquire via text. The agent, Jon was pretty rude with his property. I asked if it was available for a tour... no response. I asked if they could provide address and he gives me just the street name. I wasn't sure why he was so short. He called me back. Told me they don't give address out and if I was a tenant than I wouldn't want that either. Ask me what's my deal bc they won't just take anyone. Then he goes on to tell me how much experience he has in the business and it's just impossible for any owner to let a place sit for more than 30 days. I have no issue with the information. I have an issue with the delivery. There is a way to present your property - not sound like a smart ass. Goodness, I could not imagine working with him if we decided to pull the trigger on a home. Thanks for nothing.

I chose PalmerHouse Properties and you should too. Buying? Selling? This is the dedicated company of Real Estate professionals you're looking for. I wasn't looking to buy or sell. Why, then, did I choose PalmerHouse? I chose PalmerHouse as the company that would be my Georgia Real Estate home. I am a Realtor. When I decided to sell Real Estate in the great state of Georgia I needed a home for my Georgia license. I had many, many choices of brokerages to call home. I chose PalmerHouse. At PalmerHouse I found experienced, professional Real Estate agents supported by a top-notch staff and leadership with unparalleled experience offering unparalleled support, service and education. I chose PalmerHouse. You should too.

My wife, Karen, switched from a "big name" company to become a Realtor at Palmer House because she was impressed with dedication they show to their clients. I have watched as my wife goes above and beyond for her clients and how many of them become her close friends. She does really care and is not in it, just for the commission. And those are the precise type of agents Palmer House attracts because of the type of company they are. Work with them and you'll experience what I'm talking about.

I've been an agent with PalmerHouse Properties for 6 years. Kevin & Tom and the rest of the staff are some of the most honest, professional people I know. We have over a thousand agents, yet they make me feel like I am the most important one. This goes for my clients, too. Everyone knows you can't make every single person happy, and PHP has come to the aid of my clients and me more than once. There is more support here for agents and buyers & sellers than when I was with one of the "big box" brokerages.

I referred some work colleagues who were about to sell their home in Atlanta's Underwood Hills neighborhood last year to PalmerHouse agents Beth Scott and Tom Ellicott. I learned later that their house sold for a record price and that they were very satisfied with the experience. I would refer PalmerHouse to any Atlanta area buyers or sellers. It's not often when you refer businesses that you get great feedback, but that was certainly the case here.

This was by far the best real estate experience I've had! I was referred to Tom Ellicott with PalmerHouse Properties when I decided to relocate from New York to Atlanta. He impressed me from the first phone call. With a conversation of a few minutes and a few quick emails about prospective properties, he immediately understood my priorities and gave incredibly helpful feedback to guide me in my search. He facilitated an "emergency" condo tour with very little notice when I became nervous about Midtown inventory levels. His knowledge of the local market was beyond description and extremely valuable. He provided the most honest, thoughtful, and helpful feedback I've ever experience from an agent. I have a type-A NYC personality (which means I'm not very good at waiting), and even I was impressed by both his responsiveness and his professionalism. I truly can't say enough positive things about the experience. Now that I've actually lived in the neighborhood for a couple of months and am beginning to pick up some local knowledge of the area, it has just served to verify that Tom's perspectives were right on the mark.

Brad Burns and Paula Van Sickle changed our commission increasing it the night before closing. They felt as if they deserved more money. The next day neither showed to the closing and would not take our calls. When I tried to work this out through the broker they never called me. I wish I would have taken the reviews more seriously. Hopefully the next person will.

I had an excellent experience with Dianna Crawford!! She went above and beyond in working on my deal. She kept me informed on every step of the sales process and fully addressed any issue that arose. She is highly knowledgeable about the Real Estate business and extremely professional. Dianna educated me throughout the process which helped me gain a good understanding on the numerous aspects of purchasing a home. She recommended a awesome lender that was focused on helping to secure the loan and made the loan process go smoothly. I totally and highly recommend Dianna to anyone one that is interested in purchasing a home. She will work tirelessly to ensure you get your home. Thank you, Dianna for your stellar service!!
