Update: They caused my registration to be suspended because they lied to the DDS that I had sold both vehicles, on the same day. I had to pay $160 fine and have to appear in court. Do not get a policy with these fraudsters. Rue didn’t even call me back when I called to explain what had happened.
Paul Rue should not be running a business. This agency is dishonest and incompetent.
When my policy was up for renewal, I had called to change the payment method on file and scheduled a payment in full on May 20th when the policy would come due.
First they didn’t charge the full amount to my payment method on file, then they told me they can’t give me the pay in full discount because the due date was gone. But it’s not my fault they didn’t charge the amount despite me giving them permission. So why do I lose on the discount and plus have to pay a late fee? Then they kept asking me to call the corporate office line as they couldn’t do anything. But when I called corporate they asked me to talk to my agent. I was sent round and round in circles trying to get this resolved.
I got sick of this and asked them to cancel my policy. They cancelled it effective May 20th, despite me asking to cancel on June 6th. So now I don’t have insurance for several days, which is illegal and then the lapse also means no one will underwrite a policy for me. So they single handedly screwed me over. Then I find out, they gave the reason for cancellation as “sold the car”, which is a complete lie.
I am considering legal action against them. Do not recommend this agency at all. Don’t go to them!

The customer service was terrible. Naya , India and some other lady were not at all helpful. I would call and ask for a call back and no one returned my calls. They were either OOO or at lunch or not able to assist. Terrible experience that’s why I went with State Farm.

I called the Atlanta office and spoke with InDya. She was very courteous and helped me out with getting my insurance documents that I needed for my closing. Great customer service and very much appreciated.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. My business was transferred to them and it has been horrible. The customer service is non existent and the lack of responsiveness is unbelievable. Mr. Rue is unresponsive to any communication I have sent and is always unavailable to speak to customers. Tiffany Lamar works in the office and has been rude, unresponsive and certainly does not seem interested in providing any level of customer service. My neighbors recommended the previous owner of the agency (never had a problem) and once the business was sold to Paul Rue's agency, they also cancelled- all because the customer service in the office is so bad. There are too many options for good insurance agencies deal with this.

Great service and very informative about policies. I have used this Agency for all of my insurance needs for years. Home, business, car, and life insurance for my entire family has been in great hands and we couldn't be more pleased. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

Allstate switched me to this agency without any advanced notice which I think was unprofessional of Allstate. But once I finally got to talk with Enka, employed by this agency, she was very efficient and responsive. She answered all my questions and she is responsible for my staying with Allstate.
