I must say I have never seen this place so packed with people but then again Sundays are always crazy.I waited sooooo long for a washer.I can always count on the place to be clean and smell good when Danielle is here.She is always smiling willing to help.That makes it easier.

One of the machines went down with my laundry in it, but Danielle was quickly able to fix the problem: very kind employee! Very clean and I love the big dryers. Definitely will be using this place instead of my apartments’!

Hispanic girl is very rude and never answers the phone i called many times multiple times and no answer i pull up and the Hispanic chick is sitting there why not answer the phone!

I searched “24 hour laundromat” and this was the first one that popped up! I been going for almost a year and I always drive 15/20 minutes to this laundromat because it’s just that good lol! Always quiet and washer/dryers available (the ones I always get is available I should say lol) close to restaurants, Walmart, Kroger etc if you want to get things done in between washes/drying. Ive used their laundry card all the time now I love the convenience of the app! I can add time in the comfort of my car. The Employees are very down to earth, always helpful and the other customers stay to themselves. Music caters to everyone. Now today was kind of different, this customer in the video rushed over to the employee and demanded to restart her machine after it had a malfunction. She started to record her all in her face over the desk and started yelling at her and putting her hands in her face. Mind you the office is literally right by the washer I was at so she is basically yelling in my ear.I had to intervene because now she is causing a disrupt in my space and my time washing clothes. A heated moment was had between me and the other customer and call to the main manager was needed. No one should have to go through something like that while they are working. If you have an issue handle it respectfully before you have to go through higher measures.Other than that I love coming here! THANK YOU DANIELLE I GOT YOUR BACK!!!!!

I come to The Patio often. Every visit is quick, easy, pleasant employees. Always clean. Employee's are always the best. Owner is approachable, which I love. Thank you for providing a safe haven for the community.

I came here in the morning to wash a load. I left my laundry detergent behind. I returned hours later and asked the firm behind the counter if anyone had turned it in. She said no, and had a horrible attitude. The next morning I called and asked again if anyone found it, and the woman (who was the same woman working at the time I left it) said yes!I returned to the store and the detergent was RIGHT BEHIND THE COUNTER!The girl from the day before LIED when it was RIGHT THERE BY HER KNEES!What a trashy individual. I won’t be returning here!Not to mention one of the machines was leaking water and left a huge puddle in the middle of the floor. The detergent machine got stuck and the kids asked her for help, but she ignored them. A mess.

It is listed as a coin Laundromat but the machines do not accept coins. You have to buy their proprietary card and add money to it.
