I recently moved to this apartment complex from Florida, and my experience has been wonderful. The management here is outstanding, providing excellent attention to detail and handling any issues with impressive urgency. They've made my transition smooth and pleasant, and I'm genuinely happy with my choice to live here. Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a place where management truly cares about their residents!
Ps.prior management was not ideal as I did hear from prior neighbors and prior reviews but new management has been amazing. If you’re on the fence visit Gerald property management wonderful courteous, and professional. Will update my overall experience since I been here for just a month but definitely wow by the experience.

I have lived here for three years now, and I am enjoying my stay. I love that. It is not a huge complex with diverse neighbors who all respect each other‘s privacy and space. The neighborhood is quiet majority of the time and the landscape stays clean. This is a great place for a First time renter.

The new manager and staff are amazing! The communications are amazing. I also needed a few repairs and Jimmy was awesome and was able to resolve my problems. Five plus stars.

The apartment was old and we had many issues with the dish washer, the heater, the garbage disposal, the dryer and washing machines are old and we lost money frequently, we got burned while showering because the valves were broken. The manager was very rude, and she wasn’t professional. They tried to charge us with more money changing the welcome letter one day before we move in. The maintenance guy was very gossip and rude. Everything happened almost 2 weeks after we moved and we had to way 60 days to move out and it was like hell.
All the reviews saying that “Carolina” was a good manager were because she asked them to did it.
THEY HAVEN’T PAID OUR DEPOSIT YET AND JUST SAID IT WAS SENT. THEN THEY ARR RUDE .
