I've never experienced a store like this before for my pets. I did a doodle rescue with allergies and they were incredibly awesome in making a gift basket for rescues and adoptions only people. And it was specified for my dog with allergies. I've never seen so many different holistic health supplements and varieties of actual quality types and varieties (kibble, raw, loaf, frozen dept toppers, etc.) All kinds of food. The toys and leashes and other things are cool too. Very stylish. It's like a health food store for your pet where people actually are heart-centered and care. They helped me and my rescue when we needed help. I would give them 10 out of five stars. That's how much I like this place!

I love coming in to this cute little store, packed with lots of goodies! I’m a dog mom of 5 seniors and appreciate the quality and wide range of products they have. Everytime I’ve stepped foot in the door, I’m greeted with enthusiasm and they are ready to help! When I bring my babies in they are mindful and excited to see them like they are their aunties! ?

We love Park Pet's focus on giving your dog the best life possible, from high quality food to treats to enrichment activities. Their staff are all really knowledgeable and they have an amazingly friendly and welcoming vibe. If you're in the area we highly recommend checking them out!

I have been a fan for years and can vouch for the amazing service and knowledge given by the staff. they have helped us with food issues, illnesses, skin disorders, bathing, and most importantly according to my current dog: treats and toys! They have raw food, special food, simple food, weird treats (rabbit foot) and basic training treats, crinkle toys, squeaky toys, leashes, harnesses, dog shoes, dog jean jackets, cat stuff and MORE. My dog spends 95% of his allowance here.

I googled this business and it got great reviews. I drove 30 minutes to get there. It was lovely and had all the supplies vitamins, etc. that you would ever want and the guy that waited on me was really customer service Orient that he even suggested I bring my pups down so we could customize the collars and lease shows that I were purchasing and I agreed because the leashes and harnesses that I were interested in he stated it were half off. When I got back with my dogs, they were excited that was their first Audi and they tinkled a little bit around the store. I apologize profusely and they were OK but there was one customer service rep that seemed extremely annoyed and I understand I get it, but it felt uncomfortable for me being there. The guy who suggested I bring the dogs down didn't wait on me which I was disappointed because I thought we had a connection and I really liked his customer service. The young lady that did wait on me she inevitably was very helpful but at first she seemed annoyed two young pups. They were jumping excited tinkling I get it but still you work at a pet store and I felt a little uncomfortable and a bit unwanted when we went to the sales desk and we rang up everything I was not provided with the half off on the leashes another customer service rep. Perhaps the owner said they were only 25% off OK fine when she did the math she deducted 25% off but she charged me sales tax again without reducing the sales tax, or removing the sales tax from the original sales , I don't know if I'm extremely satisfied with the service and I may or may not visit the store again. the area where they suggested you go out and walk your dogs was surrounded with broken glass small liquor bottles and certainly not conducive for walking dogs.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store sells a lot of great food options and smaller companies for snacks and toys. Very happy to finally come through and will be coming back for all my dogs needs.

I have lived in the area for 7 years and this is the only place I go! Wonderful selection of everything you might need for your babes. Also the staff has always been absolutely superb. Best pet store ever!

I love this store! The selection is amazing! The prices are fair & reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable & helpful. And the owner Victoria, is as hard working as they come. She helped steer me in the right direction when my cat wasn’t well. And their advise keep my dogs & cats healthy & vibrant. Thank you guys! ???

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've been coming here for the past 1-2 years and have always had a great experience. I recently got gifted a kitten by the cat distribution system and took her into the store. The employees were all super knowledgeable about typical kitten care and even gave me an adoption bundle with free kitten food and treats.
