I love the staff here! EVERY time I needed help from the application all the way to my move in Gabby was there. The other ladies stepped in to help when she wasn’t available. Never any kind of attitude or negative vibes from them. I can honestly say I feel like a friend of these ladies. Im so happy to be here! Thank you so much for everything ladies!

Moving to the Park at the Marketplace has been a huge improvement compared to my previous residence. The trauma, stress and fears have definitely withered away from the tour to presently living here. All amenities are present and unkept as promised, the staff are very helpful and kind, the property is continuously cleaned, and the neighbors are friendly and well mannered. I feel safe and welcomed. A difference from living in the city, but being in walking distance (literally overlooking if close enough) to the shopping mall which has EVERYTHING. No complaints, only compliments. I am so happy to call this place home.

My move in process was so quick and smooth. I applied Monday evening, was approved by Wednesday and got my keys on Friday. Jalon truly is a gem. He is not going to give you a generic cookie cutter answer. I can tell he goes above and beyond for his people. Everybody does their job of course but it's the "above and beyond" that makes or breaks someone's experience.Also, I love the look and feel of the leasing office. It looks, feels and smells nice. Everybody is friendly and greets you when you walk in.They seem to always look for ways to make their residents feel valued and so far, this is the best experience I've had with a property management company

Nico, in Maintenance is the most detailed person I ever know to help with when I have to call in for repairs. He is prompt and very knowledgeable about the problems that arise. I only allow Nico to handle all my repairs.

EXECPTIONAL level of service!The level of professionalism from The property manager Keisha M. has been nothing EXECELLENT! If I could give this review 10 stars I would! From the day I moved on property back in 2022 until she assisted with a recent transfer into a bigger unit, she has been nothing but Kind, considerate, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She definitely cares about all the residents on this property! I could not ask for a better person to run this property! She is the true definition of providing exceptional customer service across the board. If any issues arise, she makes sure that it is taken care of in a timely manner! She provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a resident. In a world today that is very uncertain…If you are looking for a place to call home and feel comfortable in that decision…Then Park at the marketplace is that place and Keisha will make sure you have a pleasant living experience! So far so good! I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it’s been a pleasant experience. I worked with leasing agent, Jalon and he was very knowledgeable of the complex and i enjoyed my tour. Although I was under the impression that there weren’t any units available with a fireplace, to my surprise, my unit has a fireplace! Move in was smooth and easy and I’m happy i made the decision to move to Park at the Marketplace! Other than minimal maintenance issues, everything has exceeded my expectations! If you are interested in this property, make sure you go see Jalon!

Gilbert and Antonio repaired my apartment’s AC unit. They were friendly and professional, and very informative throughout the entire repair. They explained everything that was repaired and also have planned to follow up to ensure that the issue is resolved. I was very pleased with their technical and customer service!

I am so excited to move into this property. The amenities are great and the apartments are spacious. The application process was a breath of fresh air. Jalon was amazing! He made my approval process seamless and he was readily available every step of the way.

From the moment I moved in, it's been a great experience. If I ever had a work order request, Nico has always been the one to provide excellent customer service and handled my maintenance request in a timely manner.

Jalon was a great tour guide ! The community is amazing and it looks even better than the pictures. 10/10 would recommend! The location is also close to a bunch of attractions and restaurants such as AMC & TGI Fridays.

I Relocated to Atlanta totally trusting BH Management and Staff! They did not let me down - they were simply amazing from THE beginning until move in! Everything fell into place thanks to Deirdre, resident manager, was very communicative and extremely helpful with selecting the location/unit as well as processing! Leasing Agent, Jalon made sure my unit was desirable and ready - exceeded my expectations! Antonio and Clarence took care of all my maintenance needs with amazing customer service! I renewed my lease online. I did have some difficulty on my cell phone with the program. After signing all the forms, the site kept telling me that I missed a signature. I couldn’t figure out the problem. However, I went over to the leasing office and they assisted me in completing my lease agreement.

My kitchen sink as been leaking for months now. And each time I call to have it fix it not done properly and starts to leak again. Finally I called today and technician Gilbert replace the old damage pipe that was creating the water leak, made the sink more sturdy enough, and replaced the old sink basket. He then showed and talked me thought the work he did which I appreciate and makes me trust that the problem as been fixed. Thank you Gilbert for the wonderful job!
