Went in late on 1/10/24, April was at the front and assisted with picking up my order. I witnessed the most sincere spirit as she assisted a homeless gentleman with food and was nice despite circumstances. Thank you for blessing me with such a great experience.

HORRIBLE…….. placed online order used Apple Pay to pay so money is instantly taking off driver gets to my house says i have to pay cash i tell him i already paid call the store the Manager which wouldn’t give me her name told me it was T I had to ask for it over and over told me oh yea it shows pending so i need another card number…. Then 30 secs later say oh sir yea we don’t have any form of payment you need to pay hang up in my face absolutely the worst management

Made an order 2 hours ago. They took the money I paid for it. After 2 hours nothing. Tried to call the store. On hold 15 minutes. Again nothing. So called the corporate office. They said the store canceled the order because maybe they are short staffed and is there anything else they can help me with? I’m like wow, refund, I mean something. And they disconnected the call lol. This is how you are treated when a company thinks they are too big to fail lol.Take it or leave it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Don’t know anything about a refund. Nothing just is what it is. Lol. Can’t make this stuff up….

This is sad when someone ordered a pizza and took 1 hours all of the sudden the driver said he little bit far from us and refused to deliver even if we told him we will tip him. how someone can't mange this kinda problem on their store. Because they all not responsible for the job

Edit: i left my review too soon. I have a small pizza with breadsticks and its been nearly an hour............... i live .09 miles away.............. i called to see how much longer and was told 30 more min because they dont have a driver for an order I placed at 4:08. Its 5:01. I told her nvm. That will be 1 hr 30 min wait instead of my 20-30 min wait.2 min later, driver calls me confused.Girl in the background arguing with the driver (yall should already know who). Refused to resubmit my order. Refused to let driver leave with it. Driver said my order was right in front of him..So an hour and 30 min for a small pizza and breadsticks....They are always super polite when i order from here. Food comes in a timely manner although i am less than a mile from them.

Very understaffed. Have placed a delivery order multiple (separate) times and have been told that due to to only one delivery person, my delivery will take 2.5-3 hours. Order from this place if you want to wait 3 hours.
