I went to the store in Willingboro, NJ to remind them of the time only to find they had removed the order from the computer!!! These pizzas were for our students in New Jersey Orators, where we treat our students to a party after competition ( we came in Second in the state on December 2!). After much discussion, I went to another pizza store and bought pizzas. Papa John’s has faithfully donated the pies for the past 4 years. They have really caused me to rethink my loyalty to a chain I have loved for many years. I will be writing my situation to the CEO , although I doubt I will get a reply.

Charging customers an extra $4.50 "delivery" fee is simultaneously ripping off the delivery driver AND the customer..!1) That makes your "Special" $14.99 pizza a normal $20 pizza..!NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THAT..!!!2) The driver gets the minimum $2 tip instead of my usual 20% tip...STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS LEST YOU LOSE BUSINESS..!!!

I went into Papa John's on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth to place a order approximately 2:00 p.m. The lobby and kitchen was so filthy I left and will never go back!

One hour going on two hours waiting on my pizza I guess it’s not coming today I just lost 37 dollars and they was begging for a trip I called the store beaver ruin rd in ga and they didn’t care not one bit papa Johns has gone down I will never order from them again 2 hours later pizza is just trash

After my experience with PAPA JOHNS PIZZA AT 17 MONROE HWY IN THE WINDER CORNERS SHOPPING CENTER, MY BOYFRIEND AND MYSELF WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES FROM ANY PAPA JOHNS PIZZA.. This is because for over an hour and multiple different phone calls and even after speaking to two different employees and even try to something to eat throughout their mobile app earlier this eveningthe employees told me to hang up with me va and for me to call back the store and out in the mesh five instead of three and props, and when I dial 503 it is rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and everybody else nobody ever picked up until I finally hung up I had covet again. Next time I come back I called the dial three again I wanna dial three and pick up literally problem with the Internet understand whatever your order. x put in orders so I told Tribeca third time so I Tribeca third time this time but I can come back to get nobody because when I had Covid and I’m going through Siri call stormy

There was a horrible mix-up in ordering and picking up my pizzas for our party. Customer service told me that my pizza had been picked up already. However, I never picked them up. I called the store, and the mgr on duty, Ash, was overly unprofessional and lacked ownership of w problem that was not the customer's fault.I called corporate and was told it was up to the store leadership to resolve my concern. Now I’m out of 50.00 dollars worth of pizza with no resolution.

At this location in forest park one of the employees stole my credit card info and was using it before I could get home to eat the pizza. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get scammed

My husband got this coupon from his school thanking educators for all that they do. We tried entering the promo code and it said invalid. We did three different stores and it all said invalid. We called customer service the lady on the line said that they are not participating in this code… what the point of handing out coupons to teachers thanking them if it doesn’t work?!?

This review is directed at the Papa John’s Corporate headquarters in Atlanta.Today, I tried placing an order for takeout through my assigned franchise location.I tried three times.The first time my call went through, it was answered by a female with an Asian accent. After a period of 10 minutes, she gave me my order total which seemed correct. *And then it began.She said she was trying to work through some software issues and needed to place the order again. When she came back with my order total another 10 minutes later, it was $11 more!I declined the order and asked to speak with a manager.She told me i was not speaking with someone from my store location and that I was actually in contact with a call center. Obviously out of country.THE MATRIX!I cancelled the order and called again.Another female with a very much like accent. Told me my assigned store wasn’t my store! “C’mon man (woman)! You ain’t even here in Georgia…how you gonna tell me…”.Don’t know why, but I called again. This time it was a male. Same type accent, and again from a Papa John’s call center.The whole idea behind the call ahead system is to have your order ready for pickup upon arrival however, Papa John pizza seems to have lost out on what the idea really means.Please don’t get me wrong and think me an anti-Asian type person b/c I would have the same issue with any call taker who is having a language barrier issue serving any English speaking customer in the doggone United States.Since I can’t speak directly with my store, I’m not going to drive out there, place the order and then wait some more.So why don’t I order on-line?Don’t like their Terms & Conditions.Papa John, you’re out with me as well. I now see why so many are jumping ship.

Your most recent commercial, which I am seeing most frequently on YouTube, is extremely misleading. You show a guy making a pizza as it was originally done, shaping a dough patty, slapping dough, and a finished product with a breadstick-like border, which the original Papa John's pizzas always had.Now, you are using a dough press instead of hand shaping the dough and slapping it out, producing a crust border that is not even close to breadstick-like.This was one of the secrets of John's early success; a delicious pizza with a breadstick-like border, perfect for dunking in the free garlic sauce that was included with every Pizza.I know. Just a couple of years after John got started, I was working for a regional pizza chain just down the street from John's first store in Jeffersonville Indiana.Practically every customer that ordered from us was requesting garlic butter, even though we didn't sell it, nor did any of the national chains. It was all due to Papa Johns.At this point you have ruined the original product. I will not even order pizza from Papa John's now as a result. It's a real shame for those of us that know and understand what a real quality Papa John's Pizza is.

I am a former employee that self terminated after serious complications with John my store managers boss and serious safety concerns at the store but since there is no number for former/employees to contact with issues, I am just going to osha and the health department. I tried contacting the number posted on the store walls that is the same (only) number found online and it doesn't give an HR option. It literally ask if I want to place an order and that's it... why would I call corporate to place an order!! I've reached out to other former and current employees and they have all agreed to aid osha and the health department in any way needed because some of us have gotten injured on the job and one of the former employees has gotten a lawyer and we are all going to file a lawsuit together against the company. I tried to help and keep it from going this far but no wants to contact us back and you refuse to give us proper contact info. The store is on Saint Peter's N pkwy in saint peters missouri, I believe store #510 or 509. Do not ever work for this company and don't order from the stores in this area. They are severely understaffed so corners are being cut left and right but your the one who eats it not them. If you get sick, call the health department immediately please for your sake and others that might eat from there.
