After having a very disappointing shop experience at a large specialty grill store in Roswell, I located Dwight and the team for the purchase of our new Gozney Pizza Oven. Dwight was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He also arranged for delivery and set-up of our new Pizza Oven and several supplies at our home in Alpharetta. If you are looking for top-notch service with a smile, this is your place. It is also vey instructive that the locally owned personal touch and expertise that you get with Dwight and the team is exceptional!”

The two gentlemen who run this store display kindness and customer service from a bygone era! As soon as I opened the door, they greeted me as if they had been waiting all day for me to stop by for my can of paint! “The Howell Mill store in Atlanta was staffed by one very kind and professional young man last Sunday October 22nd. He took the time to figure out what color I was talking about by researching all my past samples and then mixed it. I went in the store less than 2 minutes before closing and this is what makes my experience there so memorable. I was never rushed or felt like I was keeping him from closing on time.”

I normally go to Home Depot, but came here because we found several SW-specific colors we liked (& because the team doing our painting prefers SW) Not only was the guy working here super nice and friendly, he rushed mixing some paint samples for me because I had sleeping babies in the car. I sat outside until he waved to me. I've gone back to this location several times over the years and they never disappoint.”

“Before the big box stores where you're now pointed in a direction to find something on your own, remember the old days of the corner hardware where you could get service? Where they found things for you? Who would recommend a piece of hardware and if it was a gadget, showed you how it worked? Give you solid advice? Well thank goodness it still exists. It's called Ace Hardware and one of the best I've found is West Paces Ace Hardware. I've been there a number of times and never got less than excellent service and good, solid products at a reasonable price. Today one of their young guys changed three batteries in key fobs for me in just a few minutes that would have taken me a weekend of cussing and dropping parts and I only got charged for the batteries. They also have a handyman service if you need something installed or repaired. Go see them, and the nice young guy who may wait on you is the owner. His name is Mike. You'll like him and his team, his products and his prices. If you have some years on you as I do you'll be reminded of the old days.”

“I visited the store today to purchase paint for my home. I was greeted with a warm hello as soon as I entered the store and received assistance immediately by Tammy. I did not have the name of the paint color but I had the color match information. She was able to color match the paint that I needed within seconds. While she was getting my paint two other employees greeted me as well. All of the employees were friendly and outgoing. The store was clean and neat. I had a great experience.”
