I'm a PagePlus customer for last 12 years. Now quality of their service is deteriorating. Though we are on autopay, they have charged my credit card, and their system has been showing order history of payment, they without any prior notice just ddisabled my number. This is really inconvenient and disturbing as you can't call and use data for urgent need/GPS. This was happened twice, last month and this month. They said the same reason that they have an issue at their end. If this happens again it sounds like I need to switch to other provider after 12 years because this is happening repeatatively and thuis is very problematic.

Good service but I hate their customer service and support team. Shopping around for a new company with benefits and better C. Srv reps.

They quoted me a $100 to fix my iPhone screen. I go inside they tell me $200 they have allBrand new iPhone screens. Now that would’ve been fine if they didn’t promise me something else on the phone. Bad business, bad location, bad customer service. Bad In general-don’t go. There was no mix up, they told me something else and when I got in changed the whole entire price. Never again!
