Worst moving company ever. They are liars and have no integrity. They do not care about their customers at all. They called to delay my move and three men crew was down to two man crew even called at 923pm which was over two hours from the window they gave us to let us know that they are canceling my move. Said they will not be able to make it till two days which was Monday morning which caused us to be stuck. They lied they say they keep customers happy and they're the best moving company. Total nonsense. They say they make mover painless that's false advertising right there again. They need to be out of business this location especially giving this franchise a bad name. Then this so called manager Ashley. Trying to figure out where her management skills are. You called once and never followed up with your customer to see how this issue ya going to be resolved. Maybe managing training 101 might help to cover basic costumer service skills. DO NIIT USE THEM EVER!! They are inhuman! We were at a time constraint and tons them that of course there was no concern or compensation for that matter. What a pathetic excuse of a company. Disgusted and totally appalled by this company

This company has very professional movers that work for them! Having used competition 3 times, they are above and beyond what I expected! Frank and Carey were not only professional, but also had good laughs to enlighten the move to make things seem smooth! They also were very good at getting anything I needed help on done!! I highly suggest that you use this company!

Tried this company because I had a Groupon. These guys arrived EARLY. Have you ever had movers arrive early? They wrapped/padded all furniture and cheerfully trucked it down four flights of stairs and then uphill into my new place. Handled everything with care and were extremely polite. I underestimated the amount of time it would take to load and unload my stuff, so had to pay overage, but that's on me and now I have a better idea of what I need for next time. Will use again and recommend to others!

Issues from start to finish. They lag on time to raise the price on you and the owners do not respond or respond and do not follow up (bury their heads in the sand hoping you will go away and eat the loss. I'm not.) despite numerous attempts. They sure as hell call back fast to give that quote though. I have called my credit card company to stop payment. Most unprofessional organization I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I used this company for my move last weekend. Honestly, all was great except for a broken end table that I bought a year ago. I figured I would fill out a claims form and they would replace/reimburse me relatively quickly considering it's a small item and it was completely destroyed (3/4 legs snapped off). However, after emailing my form Tuesday morning, following up via phone Thursday & Friday, I haven't heard anything from their team. All I want is an answer, or at least some sort of follow up with an expectation for what happens next. After reading through the previous reviews, I should have thought twice before booking this group.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. 1) Approx 3 hours late and no sincere apology. They "had to get gas" and then "got stuck in traffic". *Resolution: prep for your moving appointment, get gas ahead of time, and plan accordingly for traffic- you live in ATL, so you know the traffic...* 2) Broke items, scratched/ tore our brand new furniture, no apologies.... 3) Extremely slow and no hustle during moving process. 4) Have been waiting for office for 2.5 months to send a response back about fixing our furniture issue. Honestly, wouldn't even recommend them to even my worst enemy, after a handful of problems and no care to even fix them.

The movers were two hours late, didn't get everything done in the allotted time and it was a tiny apartment of stuff. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would! I bought a Groupon for 2 hours 2 men for $175. When I called for an appointment they wanted to add an additional trip charge of $130. I told them it's not stated on the Groupon, she said it's in the fine print!! The fine print states "additional charges may apply". Nothing about trip fees. That is such a vague description they can say anything! I live less than 8 miles from their stated location of Cumming GA. I also told them I don't need a truck, just the men to move furniture into a dumpster in my driveway. WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Buyer Beware

I'm about to say something you never hear about moving, 'this was the best move I have ever had.' The planning attendants were so understanding that I felt no matter what I needed they could accommodate it. The movers were patient, kind and amazingly fast. Each one worked together and all of then worked extremely well as a team. They even cleaned up some of the messes I made!!! They made me feel cared for and looked after. I would refer them as well as use them again. Thank you Corey, Carl and Joshua aka Lightning you guys are awesome- You cant lose with this company.

The Atlanta movers DO NOT USE, they are unethical and poor customer service (no service). Not at all happy with this company, beware they will take your money and move you but when they damage areas of your home they drag their feet and won't respond to your emails to find out where they are to satisfy the damage claim. I would NOT recommend them at this point. Not Happy! Next call is BBB and attorney.

A few issues... 1- they dropped an item off the truck and broke it. Driver was cool about it and we marked it on the paperwork as such. I've called the "call center" weekly which relays the message to their local branch. It's been a month and i haven't heard from anyone! 2- there is NO hustle at this company. By far, the slowwwwwest movers I've used. The hours used vs. what i had was ridiculous and double of my previous move 6 months earlier. Seems like the local branch here in Atlanta really doesn't care about you. If they cared, they would at least acknowledge the problem and deal with it like a good biz should. Since they have no resolution, or an attempt to at least try, I must give them bad marks. Give your hard earned money to a company that deserves it.

John and Anthony helped us move yesterday and they were the best. They were professionals throughout and such a jovial attitude. We are definitely going to book them for our next move whenever that happens. And would recommend them to anyone

I had such a great experience with Skinny Wimp. I don't live in Atlanta and had to set everything up completely remotely, and it was no problem. I paid for two hours in advance, and the men worked hard to get the move done in under 2 hours so I wouldn't have to be charged way more for any last minute, tacked-on time. I was not there personally, but the individual who was supervising the move on my behalf reported that the workers were extremely efficient and worked hard. They took care of the furniture by wrapping it well before moving. Communication before the move was phenomenal, as I received a written confirmation from the company after booking, an immediate email back when I had a question about the contract, and a phone call both the day before and morning of the move to confirm. Very pleased. Will be using this company again in the future!

The BESt experience in a moving company yet! We used a Groupon and really thought it would be like the last company we used, but to our surprise it was a complete difference from the 2 men and a truck! The guys Jonqual, JJ and John were fantastic! They were fast, strong and smiled, sang and went far above and beyond for us! It was pouring rain and they took extra care to keep everything as dry as possible! One if them was sick and had a cold but never complained! We just heard his cough! Everything was handled with care! They even moved furniture when we wanted to try it out in different rooms just to discover it didn't work so they had to move them again! They even smiled when we asked if they would move the huge armoire to the basement! Itbweights a ton and will never be moved again! They asked every hour or so how they were doing , were we pleased? They were sooooo nice and made a hard day seem easy, considering it was still a move and stressful! Nothing stressful about hiring these guys! Thanks to J, J and J as we nicknamed them to make it easy for us! We had fun with that! Thanks skinny wimp for hiring such awesome workers! These 3 guys deserve a raise! Just my opinion! If we need to move again, this is who we will use and I will request these 3 men!
