I was a first time client of PAWS of Brookhaven, but will be a happy return client!! I took a 2-week vacation out of the country this June. I had an established sitter, who told me in late March, that they could not cover my June dates. I was panicked!! A neighbor but me in touch with Jim @ PAWS of Brookhaven. Jim and his staff were able to work with me and cover my dates. The pet sitter stayed at the house and provided walks for my 2 dogs (mid-day, too). She also took great care of my two cats. My entire "pack" got to be together at their house. They were all happy to see me, but I do believe they missed their sitter! I received daily pictures and updates. I really appreciated this since I was so far away for so long. I highly recommend PAWS of Brookhaven.

Love this group of people! They care about your pet and make every effort to customize their services to your needs. I have used them for pet walking services as well as for in-home/ overnight care while we were on vacation. They are both professional and personable. Definitely a cut above!

Feeling grateful to have found PAWS of Brookhaven! Owner, Jim, is a delight as are the pet walkers he carefully picks to provide superb care. Jim and everyone at PAWS is incredibly focused on getting every little part of the service as perfect as they can. They are caring, safe, thorough and thoughtful- just the folks you can feel comfortable entrusting your fur babies and home with. They're pro-active and responsive. As well as they obviously know pets (cause that's their biz), they make a lot of effort to understand your individual pet and how to make the service a true success. That's a huge blessing!

I've been using PAWS of Brookhaven since the spring to watch my golden retriever Louie 2-3 times a week (twice per day) and have been so impressed with their professionalism, communication and reliability. If you use PAWS of Brookhaven, you will receive updates and pictures after every visit. I can tell from the pictures and videos they send how much Louie loves his regular sitter, Melissa. She is amazing and takes great care of him. Scheduling visits and making payments is also breeze. In addition, Jim does his best to accommodate last minute requests. For example, I recently requested a visit on just a couple of hours notice and Jim went above and beyond to shift schedules so that Louie could receive a visit that day. Needless to say, if you are looking for a pet sitting or dog walking service in Atlanta, look no further than PAWS of Brookhaven. I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone and am so grateful that I found them.

PAWS of Brookhaven is fantastic! Jim and Wendy took great care of our aging dog, Mugsy, keeping us posted with pictures and updates while we were gone. When he had a health issue, they stayed in constant contact with us and spent more time with him to ensure he was not only ok, but comfortable. I highly recommend PAWS if Brookhaven to anyone looking for pet care!

Jim is the best caregiver that we have found for our baby! We've tried out numerous different big box facilities and Jim is definitely worth it! We have an Italian greyhound, and he is super sensitive to a lot of things. Jim adjusted his normal care schedule to accommodate Luigi's needs and made him feel so comfortable in his home while we went away for 5 days. It was Luigi's first time away from home for more than one night. At first we did a couple of days of daycare, and then one overnight stay at Jim's house, to get Luigi used to his home. When I brought Luigi to Jim's house for the 5 days of boarding, I knew Luigi was already comfortable with Jim, because as soon as we pulled into Jim's driveway, Luigi started jumping up and down and couldn't wait to give kisses to Jim! Jim kept us informed every day and sent pictures and updates on Luigi. Jim also is very concerned about keeping our Luigi on his normal schedule and always gives updates when we pick him up about how he did. He is a very caring person! I am so happy that we found a place that will take the best care of Luigi when we need daycare or boarding. Thank you so much Jim for loving our Luigi boy!

We felt very safe while leaving our new dog (Goldendoodle) with Jim while traveling to Atlanta to visit our family members. Jim was able to accommodate our schedule although it was outside of his usual business hours. The location is great and is in a very nice (and safe) neighborhood. Jim provided pictures and status of our dog throughout the day. When we picked up the dog in the evening, Jim always spent time talking to us about how our dog spent time while in his care. Jim has a great attitude, friendly and genuinely loves our dog. I highly recommend Paws of Brookhaven (and Jim) to anyone looking for a dog daycare or boarding.

Jim and his team are great with my dog! My dog has a lot of quirks - can't really be around other dogs and needs tons of treats to motivate her to go out, but I trust Jim and my walker, Aaliyah, to help my reactive doggie get a potty break when I'm at work.

Highly recommend PAWS of Brookhaven!! Jim runs a very professional and efficient service that made us feel relaxed knowing that our cats and dog were in great hands. Shy was assigned to our house, and she was awesome about communicating every day with photos and updates on how our pets were doing. Overall amazing experience with PAWS!

I can't say enough good things about Jim and the people who help him take care of PAWS pups. Before booking, Jim and whomever is assisting him come to your home to meet and bond with your pup, go over daily routines, specific things you're working on training-wise, and any other requests for your pup. They are very thorough, always accountable even with owners' inconsistent work schedules, and include daily updates with photos for each visit. I have used this group for daily visits as well as boarding since we brought home our pup at 8 weeks, and I can't say how trustworthy, agreeable, and reliable PAWS has been. 10/10 recommend!

PAWS of Brookhaven is the best ever!! This past Thanksgiving, I went out of town unexpectedly, and Jim at PAWS made himself available even though I made plans only 2 days in advance. Before I left, Jim and his associate came over and walked through my house, taking into account all my safety concerns with pet and my house. He was also very mindful about COVID safety. We had contracts signed beforehand, emergency vets established, and secure payment processes. He went above and beyond by sending me updates and photos at each visit, and even took my trash out to the curb on trash day. His associate, Shy, a vet tech trainee, took care of my cat for a few days out of the week. Both Shy and Jim were extremely sweet and provided exceptional pet care. The excellent service, availability, and amazing prices all made PAWS of Brookhaven the BEST pet care experience I have ever had.

We absolutely LOVE PAWS of Brookhaven!! Jim and his team have been walking our dog for almost a year now and our pup always looks forward to her mid-day walks.
