The reviews are correct, The store clerks are not helpful and would not greet me as a matter of fact acted like I was wasting their time.

Our decorator picked this piece of art to go with a room she designed. It arrived and looked like something a child painted. The sides of the canvas were painted and also had brush strokes from the front splattering on the side. It looks nothing like the photo online. The colors don’t match our decor at all because it is not the same color.

I think they don't understand the purpose in being a business, it's to collect money and sell products. That means greeting people and asking them if they need help and being available to collect thier money. What's the point in being a business with stuff in it if your not selling it. They are so preoccupied with decorating it all all and moving stuff that they don't sell the stuff and notice people that come in to buy the stuff. If your the owner of this business focus on your purpose which is selling your product.

Lived in Johns Creek for 10 years and I go in this location about every couple of months. I can count on 2 fingers the number of times the "ladies" have ever asked me if I needed help finding anything or even said "hello and welcome". They will see me walk in, lookup & then back down again. Sometimes they are at the front counter talking and just not acknowledge me. I've watched them do it to others as well. I just don't get it.

I LOVE LOVE this store. I walk around several times to take in all the wonderful items. I purchased several items last week and a few more this week. Next week Iam going back for curtains. BTW Stephanie and Betty are awesome!!!!!

I ordered a sectional from Jessica at Outrageous Interiors, and just received it today! She helped me pick out fabrics and didn't mind my pickiness. It turned out beautifully! I had been looking for over a year. I told Jessica my budget; and we found just the right one! The delivery guys were great as well, i.e. very respectful of my space and floors, and were there a few minutes before scheduled time. Great experience overall!

I recently ordered a wall clock for $130. What I received was a clock painted on cardboard that a child could have created. It was far from quality work. I would price this clock for maybe $50 tops. I immediately contacted the company to request a return label. I was told by James M, quite rudely, upon receiving the product and "inspecting" it, the company will deduct money it cost them to ship the item to me as well as I will have to cover the return shipping cost. As a small company as this one, I think their customer service needs to be improved. I will definitely never purchase anything from them again.
