They over charge and my braids start coming out not even a week later and she refuses to fix it! Some of the braids are smaller than the other, some look like knottless some look like regular box braids. They are terrible

My experience today was extremely great! The customer service was amazing. They communicated with the timeframe and if they could fulfill my request. The women wash their hands and the restroom was clean every one was professional. Good vibes from the beginning. Binta and Karen did my hair and they did an amazing job.

They use to braid so good, but my last experience was awful they charged me more for the same braids I had gotten 2 months prior and my braids in the back start slipping out in a week. they refused to fix it! everybody don't braid good in there especially the lady who did the back of mine.

Ouly's is a phenomenal shop. Great customer service and pricing. Fast braiding with quality hair. After two visits they are my new go to for all my braiding needs.

ANTA you should give up braiding for you to be the owner you have ZERO customer service. Not only are you misleading customers with a change in prices once they have washed and blow dried their OWN hair and use their gas to come there you didn’t even have the decency to return to the shop the next day to fix. Another day of wasted time and gas. Having a business is not about YOU it’s about the paying customer. Get off your high horse you are not that good at what you do to act this way. You were very sneaky braided the front to my liking and left the back unbraided after charging me the price to braid my hair beyond my natural hair In Which you do any way for braids. My natural hair is natural length. You under pay the young ladies in your shop you are a scammer. You are far from professional sucking your teeth and playing tug of war with customers hair because you are lazy and don’t want to do the job that I PAID FOR! I take pictures and record for receipts. No lies here!!! The shop stays empty for a reason! Run do not spend your money! I’m sure everyone who left a bad review more than likely went to you for service you should learn from the other ladies they are way more professional than you! I brought my own beautiful hair with me and still was over charged. I get compliments because of the type of hair I have in my hair that is the ONLY thing that is saving my hair style. Not the braider

I will never go there again the owner is a scammer. She gave me one price of $160 for micros because I was bringing my own hair then when I got to the shop she changed it to $200. Told me $160 meant she braids half way she barely braided my hair so I agreed for her to braid pass my hair for $200 she said okay still didn’t braid pass my hair but charged me $180. When I got home my hair was freezy in the back because she did not do what I asked. Only did some in the front yet charged me more. She argued with me the next day and demanded I pay another $20 and it still wasn’t done correctly. Horrible customer service and they pull on your hair even after you tell them not to.

I walked in and asked for my hair to be braided into parts just for a quick style and the lady in the back said your hair parted I said yes mam she repeated then she looked at me like I was trash and said we don't do that .... I seen a lady in the chair and I guess this was God giving Me a sign. being that I'm a PROFESSiONAL BRAIDER Myself I usually don't even right reviews but Oh my gosh ...

Was a walk in customer this morning and loved how nice the ladies were and how clean and quiet the shop was. Im a dude that just wanted two braids done with gel. My request was fulfilled swiftly and at a very acceptable price. My overall experience was short but great and I will most def be going back!!

Some fast braiders, some braiders have your lines crooked. Some braids longer than others. A little pricey compared to others, sometimes the braiders get so into talking to each other they slow down in braiding… can’t work in there if your trying to work and get your hair braided.. the workers are too loud and the owner won’t give you her Wi-Fi password
