The customer service was terrible and they dont even allow you to use the restroom. I came into the store serval times today and you offer a public restroom to paying customers is offensive and I will not return and i am a commercial client.

I was in need of brakes and rotors for my vehicle, the young lady was able to assist me because of an unsatisfactory online order I received. I had to preorder some parts because they wet not available in the store. Unfortunately on the day of me picking up the warehouse shipped the wrong brake pads, didn’t discover this until the pads were taken off. I was able to contact store and made it there right before closing. The same young lady was empathetic, along with apologizing for the mistake from the warehouse. Fortunately they had the correct size of brake pads from another manufacturer in stock and took care of my needs in a courteous manner. Exceptional customer service goes a long way because nowadays it’s hard to find. I’m very appreciative that we were able to get the matter resolved ?

They open at 7:30 a.m., it is 8:00 a.m. and the door is locked. The open sign is on.

They should really update the hours. I’ve been trying to get brakes and rotors for my sister’s car for approximately 3 weeks now, show up well before they should be closed, and every time they’ve gotten it all buttoned up for the day.Terrible business ethic. Wonder how much longer they’ll be here, now.
