Give people the room you promised, not a discount. For 2 days, unpacked, I waited for the right room w balcony and view. Day 3, I just left. Parking & that traffic jam out front sucked too! Luckily I could see the ferris wheel and Westin on Peachtree. Ho hum!

Location is great it's in the center of downtown Atlanta. Right by Centennial Olympic Park the large ferris wheel. I'm entry into the World Congress Center because it's connected as well as being right across the street from State Farm Arena. The room are nice there is one Tower with all the rooms are renovated and then the other are the older room I'm at renovated but I think it's going through a process. Check in you may want to ask for a renovated room. It's always a pleasant weekend when I am very visiting. Lots of in and out traffic with conferences and other events that the only May host guests or.The room was very roomy, spacious, accommodating. No major issues with anything. The paint that have been refreshed in the room I did have some hair in my tub that I let them know about they offered for me to change my room but I ended up just having a house cleaner coming out. Then sleep very comfy no complaints there. I was on a high floor so not too much noise and I was not near an elevator. They have several bars inside of the hotel, as well as a restaurant, they also have a market store inside of the hotel where you can buy pretty much snacks, travel items a lot of the Necessities you may need are in the little market for like a mini Walgreens or something. The food is pretty decent there no complaints if you decide to eat at the hotel.Rooms: The double queen room is extremely spacious. No issues with space in the room furniture was spread out they had a lot of accommodating accessories inside of the room the bathroom was very spacious as well. Beds were very very comfyNearby activities: The Omni is in the center of downtown Atlanta there are so many things that you can do. You have multiple hotels around, multiple shops museums, the Coca-Cola factory, the aquarium, the Children's Museum how much Centennial park, the ferris wheel, Peach Tree which has a lot of things on it to do and sight seeWalkability: Mostly everything to do within five to seven miles walking distance of the hotel which is extremely doable.

I recently left this property as a happy guest, the only disappointed problem I had was I noticed an manager and the only reason why I noticed this manager was because as I checked in to this hotel this manager was at the the front desk at the moment with one of her agents, but as I checked out. Doing my content for my hotel content look book I noticed this manager standing next to her agents in the lobby conversating about her phenomenal agents! i over heard some of the conversations but not all, these front desk agents here is amazing! from the customer service to trying to accommodate each guests.. working under the impression that I did see them working under, they looked scared uncomfortable the manager that I seen micromanaging them I guess seem to be there manager, these ladies deserve the best award for there hard work in this big hotel! I notice alot of stuff here, but that one thing stuck out and not only that my boyfriend stated the facial expressions that were given at check in not by the agents but the manager was rude. I would like to speak to someone further into my review to see what way could this be handled.

The primary factor behind these scores primarily derives from the fact that my room was not prepared at all by 4pm. I ended up waiting an additional hour and a half, which greatly inconvenienced me as my event was scheduled to commence at 6pm. Consequently, I had to hurriedly attend my event without any opportunity to spend time in my room. To add to my frustrations, at 8am the following morning, an individual knocked on my door and promptly unlocked it, entering my room without any prior announcement or permission. This person turned out to be a staff member, and their sudden intrusion made me feel compelled to vacate the room immediately. Considering the substantial amount I paid for a single night's stay, I must express my disappointment with this establishment. This was my first experience at this particular location, and unfortunately, it was an unpleasant one.

"Exquisite experience at the Omni! From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded our expectations with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Our spacious room was impeccably clean and luxuriously appointed, with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a world-class spa and fitness center. The hotel's restaurant served gourmet cuisine that rivalled the best local eateries. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and shopping districts. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!"

Our stay here was excellent once we checked in. However the checkin process was awful for the conference we were staying for. Rooms were not ready by time, checkin was confusing and none of the staff understood their own process. We were required to mail checks ahead of time, so we did, however the check wasn't received. We were then forced to put a card on file for the 4 rooms. We were then charged for another guest's room. After it was all said and done, the assistant director of finance held our refund hostage until we paid an extra tax that wasn't collected upon checkin. Will not stay here again if we are given the option. Beware of situations like this occuring and management not taking care of the customer.
