I bought a Diver 300 here a year ago. After 6 months the clasp got stuck and would no longer close. Not great but it happens and it’s under warranty so no big deal I thought. It’s been 6 months and my watch is still broken with no solution and no timeline for when it ever will be wearable again.
I called when it broke and they said to expect a few weeks wait to get a part. I heard nothing. Called in a few week and was told they were still waiting on a part coming from Europe and they’d calll me when it got in. I never got a call.
I’ve called every 4-6 weeks since to check and have been treated as if I was bothering them by asking them to honor their “warranty” or at least give me some idea when I might get to wear this watch again.
A warranty is useless if the company can’t honor it and won’t replace a defective part or watch. I won’t be buying Omega again.

Some of the kindest gentlemen you will ever meet. Had a local watchmaker mess up the band on my Omega watch and took I took it here. They rectified the issue the same day. 5 stars!

My experience with the Omega boutique began a few months ago when I reached out via email to purchase a new watch band. The assistant manager responded promptly, and within a few weeks, I had my new band. During my visit to pick it up, I browsed some watches and decided to join the waiting list for the white Speedmaster.
To my surprise and delight, Donald Thomas contacted me shortly after my inquiry to inform me that a watch was available for me. Donald went above and beyond on both occasions to ensure my satisfaction. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail were truly commendable.
I am now eyeing another watch and will undoubtedly return to the Omega boutique to work with Donald again. The level of service and professionalism at this location is unparalleled, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxury watch shopping experience.

As this was my first “luxury” timepiece purchase, I think my expectations of service at the boutique may have been unrealistic. I would recommend allowing yourself at least an hour if you plan on buying a watch. My experience was 30 minutes of just standing around after selecting my watch and needing 1.5 links taken out of the band, before it was handed to me. The other store professionals were nice and checked on my needs, which I appreciated.
*Update - I did purchase the "entry" model watch, so the level of service was likely appropriate for the spend.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve visited the storefront on many occasions just to sit down and look at the watches, and even though I’ve never left with anything, the staff had always treated me nicely.

The level of hospitality and service I received from Joseph was absolutely superlative in every possible way. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and welcoming, his passion for Omega was enthralling, and I have never had a better customer experience anywhere. I did not make a purchase during my visit, but when I am ready to make a purchase, I will be sure to seek out Joseph. I wish I could give 6 stars.

I had very poor experience at this location, worst costumer service, when we walked in they did not even notice us, after 10-15 minutes a lady walked out, and just asked us if we are looking for something particular, I told her I want a men’s bracelet and I wanted a the blue one and i need it to be L, she was not smiling, nothing like she was under a pressure giving service to us, she went to the back to look for a large one, she came back she said it is out of stock, we cant even order it, I said okey, let me get the black one, she said I don’t have that as well we can order it it will be here in 2 days and I specifically told her it is a gift and i need to send it out on the 23rd and I was there on Saturday the 15th, I asked her to order me the black one since she said she will get it in 2 days, she brought out a paper and gave to me as I was putting my info in, she was just put ur name and number that’s it, and I did, meanwhile Another customer walked in, while I was there they greeted them with champagne, had them sit nicely and they took care of them, this was a very very disrespectful way to treat costumers, and I believe the only reason the treated us like this because they took us as a joke since I look young and I walked in with normal sport clothes and not a fancy brand clothes, very disappointed at the person who hired the people working for such brand, and they never called us to go pick up the bracelet and when we called nobody answered, i will never go back to this store and I just wanted to express how disgusting it is to treat same costumers differently because oh how old they are or what they are wearing.

I went into the boutique not fully knowing what to expect. I purchased a Speedmaster Moonwatch from Chrono24, but Sean treated me like I had purchased the watch straight from him. I asked him if he could resize the watch for my wrist. He was very welcoming and went to the back immediately to size it. He had me try it on and it was still a bit loose as I like to wear my watches tight on the wrist so he went back to make an adjustment. It fit perfectly and he didn't charge me for his work. I plan on coming back to the boutique and purchasing a watch from this store at some point because I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. You wouldn't get this kind of service from many other luxury watch brands.

A truly spectacular demonstration of how high quality customer centric experiences are meant to be. There is seldom an example of "you are what you eat" that holds more true than the love and fascination with the world of Swiss mechanical watches, especially when it refers to a certain moonwatch.I felt welcomed, my thoughts and concerns were heard and I was treated with the upmost respect and consideration.It was a wonderful team and Kelly is the perfect woman for the job. Omega is lucky to have her.

Walked in last Saturday with the hopes of purchasing my first Omega wrist watch and was helped by Tariq. Had an unforgettable buying experience and ended up walking out with the Omega Speedmaster Professional 3861 Sapphire. I would highly recommend Tariq as he is very knowledgeable about the product and is a professional. Thank you to Tariq and Phipp’s Plaza Omega Boutique for a great experience.

What a great group at the Phipp’s Omega boutique! The moment you enter the store everyone is making sure you’re taken care of.Erin in particular helped me even before I stepped foot inside via email. Once I got in the store she made sure I got exactly what I needed out of the Omega experience. She was super knowledgeable about all the timepieces, extremely helpful, and patient as this type of investment isn’t one to be made too quickly for most. On my 2nd visit and purchase day, she got me through the process. I can’t forget to call out Tim too as he was equally helpful, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. I arrived only 30 min before closing but never felt rushed by anyone there and really appreciated that and everyone staying late to see the process through.Thanks to all at the store and can’t wait to visit once the store renovations on the 1st floor are complete soon.
