This review is for the Atlanta Store on Mount Vernon Hwy. I was unable to use a $50 reward certificate due to the stores computer system not being able to look my account up by member # or phone #. After telling me they couldn’t use my coupon they told me to try to contact Office Depot by phone for a refund and to no surprise they could do NOTHING for me after the fact. This is completely unacceptable. Then to make matters worse, the people on the phone said I need to call them to use my certificates while I am in store. The people on the phone pulled up my account with no issue. This is not my problem to solve. Update your computers or the cashiers should know to call the Office Depot hotline when a customer is logged into their online account on their phone showing you the reward certificate for $50. Then the people on the phone told me to go back to the store, get a refund and redo the whole transaction with them on the phone. It’s always something with Office Depot.

This place is terrible. SASSY guy behind the print and copy section. After Covid they removed the computers for you to print directly from. They won’t let you connect any of your devices to their printers/computers. You MUST email them. Then their Wi-Fi is so incredibly slow took me 10 minutes to load two pages. I had to have some respect for myself and just leave. Im here at the library now, STILL DISAPPOINTED. Don’t know when I’ll ever be back.

What a shame! The customer service I received at the print center today was horrible. I have been coming to this location for several years and always received pleasant and superb service at the print center. Where is Tim? And the manager would always step and help as well. But not today. Must be an entirely new staff. I spent 5 minutes explaining what I needed and the clerk opening up my USB.... just to be told I'd have to come back later to pick up 4 sheets. Really? There were at least 3 employees standing around, the larger paper printer was available, but I was going to have to come back. New rules they said. What rule is that... poor customer service? Ok it's a new rule. But if you're in a position to help a customer, why not do it? Instead you pissed off a loyal customer. The old staff would have done what they could to help me. And no, I couldn't submit the job online because I only wanted 4 pages of a 20 page document. Their website doesn't give you an option to specify particular pages, only the whole document. I've mentioned this to OD staff and in my reviews many times.
