Customer service is terrible. The printing services is terrible. No one ever wants to do their job. With every question they point to the self printer machine. The cashier did not know how to ring up labels for price match and didn’t know how to check out.

Service was horrible. I was looking for something and 3 employees walk passed me and not even ask did I need help. I walk up to check out and I was greeted by a caucasian young male that was eating while talking to me. I said something about the service I didn't get he told me I should have looked in the area in was in. I definitely will not be back at this location.

Used to be somewhat helpful behind the print desk. Now they claim they do not help customers with print jobs in person. Will have to find another print shop.

The print shop is lazy, fails to simply acknowledge customers and displays extremely poor attitude. The gentleman intentionally avoided eye contact as I was waiting to ask a question about using Office Depot equipment.

The service was outstanding! Everyone was inviting in the store, but Gabe helped me out tremendously. I was struggling with the printer. He went over a beyond to help assist me with printing out my resume properly. I don’t take great customer service lightly. I feel like actions such as Gabe’s should be discussed so it happens everyday to every customer.

This is the worst store you could ever possibly visit don’t even waste your time the service is horrible trash the employees are literally just standing here for no reason at all… Actually I’m not even sure how they’re still operating or in business nine out of 10 would not recommend store

The print area was a terrible experience and based on the previous review 6 days ago, I'm glad I'm not alone in this. My father is 77 years old and not tech savvy so I went to assist him print 5 pictures of my daughter's artwork from Instagram on glossy paper. It took 3 people to get it done because none of them had the patience to assist fully as they kept passing the task off to one another in frustration even though they said it was "so easy". I will email the above mentioned contact with more details but we will definitely not return based on how we were treated and felt.

Absolutely never returning to this location. They "don't do walk up printing anymore". I needed to print one single page out. The woman working watched me sit waiting for a code from self serve printme for 30 minutes when she easily could have assisted. My printme code never came through so I just left. You had one job to do Office Depot and failed miserably. Never again, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
