“My wife and I stopped here at the end of a road trip on our way back to Mississippi. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful in assisting us find a pot for a rather large fiddle leaf fig we have. We also picked up a few Peggy sue iris’ and blue star creeper that have been hard for us to source for our garden at home. They have a great selection of plants that you do not see at big box stores. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Shop local!”

“Received my shipment just the other day. They were out of Alocasia Zebrina that was listed on their website so they gave me the option to choose another plant plus a freebie! Was super excited and chose an anthurium. The anthurium I chose had mealy bugs. I think they’re almost gone though. Packaging was perfect and customer service was great!”

“I had a great experience for my first time visiting. I found her Instagram and she was promoting $10 plants. The owner had great customer service. The energy in the place was awesome. Everybody was friendly and my free martini with purchase was the best selling point for me go support this beautiful young woman’s business”
“This is such a lovely store with an amazing selection of plants and planters and I'll definitely be back!!
A few weeks ago I purchased a monstera Thai con and a terracotta pot which one of the associates planted for me in aroid mix. However, they tamped down the soil so much in order to get the plant to stand up, that there was no aeration deeper in the pot and the soil didn't dry out even after weeks of not watering. This led to one of the beautiful new leaves browning!! I've (hopefully) fixed it now by repotting and putting in a stake, but I think this could have been avoided if the associate had used a little more care or known that you shouldn't compress the soil too much.”

“My husband and I were looking for Italian style terra-cotta planters for our patio and hoped we might find something here having never been. We arrived early around 10:30AM on a Sunday and the garden was locked, we had to go inside and request to enter it but we were very readily greeted and quickly guided over with someone who could open the gate for us. What an incredible selection! And incredibly priced! We immediately found what we were looking for and were concerned because no pricing was available. He called over to his manager and got us an incredible price! We are already making plans to come back and buy more!”

“I’m giving this store five stars because I had an amazing experience with the appliance specialist, Chris Rutledge. He helped me narrow down my options and choose a new refrigerator and dishwasher. They were delivered three days later and it all went very smoothly. So thankful there was no stress involved with this transaction. I would definitely go back to Home Depot and work with Chris again. I highly recommend him.”
“I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”

“My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”

“Great, personable people and they're reasonably priced. I almost missed it because the entrance is at the back of the building and I didn't see any noticeable signs coming in but I'm glad I found them. I had a lovely buying experience.
We've had animals for a decade and had no idea they were so close. This will be my feed store going forward.”
