I could not be more thankful for Dr. Edward and his staff. TK, Kori, and Kelsey were so helpful and understanding, they helped me figure out financing for my sweet baby’s emergency surgery and treated him and me like family. Dr. Edward did an amazing job on the surgery and was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want a vet’s office that will treat your fur baby like one of their own, this is the place for you. So incredibly grateful for their teamwork, kindness, and professionalism. You can tell this is genuinely just a great group of people with good hearts! North Springs Animal Clinic, you guys ROCK.

Tried getting an estimate for a procedure for my dog that has cancer, spent a few days on a phone to hear that unless you come pay for a visit we cannot give you a price range… all they care about is sucking as much money out of you as possible

I would like to apologize on behalf of my family, they have a strong connection with their animal, just like any other family dad has to be on the front line. @kiara the manager is very understanding & was extremely professional about the mis communication on OUR end. Thanks for the information.

Best vet I’ve ever had. The dr took so much time and gave me so much information about the proper way to take care of my 3 year old King Charles caviler spaniel. He made a plan to keep her healthy and even cleaned her teeth. I think for the above and beyond service received the price was fair. Learned a lot today and it was appreciated.

Dr Edward has been the vet for my two cats, and two previous cats, for a couple of decades. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind to the animals he treats. I have total confidence in his abilities.

They have been extremely helpful and upfront about any procedures and kept me up to date along each step of any treatment process my cat has gone through, and everyone there is extremely nice.

I have been bringing my two dogs to this clinic for a while and have noticed several changes over the past few months. At first, I was skeptical about these changes, but I am now genuinely impressed and pleased to see the tremendous difference they have made. The staff has always been friendly, but now there’s an added level of professionalism and efficiency that truly stands out. It’s great to see North Springs Animal Clinic back on track, providing excellent care for our furry friends. I highly recommend their services to any pet owner looking for dedicated and compassionate care.

We have been long time clients of North Springs. We just got 2 kittens and Kori, Kierra, John, and Dr Ison welcomed our new babies with the welcome sign and took great care of them. They are the best! Thank you.

Everyone there except Dr. Edwards and the vet tech Jordan are great. Dr. Edwards truly doesn’t care about animals but is only there to up-sale all unnecessary medical supplies and procedures. He improperly diagnosed my pet, couldn’t articulate one decent answer any of my questions and spent more time talking about medicine and procedures before completing any test to determine the actual cause of my pet condition. I heard him take a 30 minute long personal phone call while I heard my pet cry in agony. All this while Jordan yelled and screamed at all the other animals in the back. I’ve been going to this place for years and have never had an experience so dreadful in all my visits. Dr. Edwards clearly isn’t in this profession for the love of animals.

Thousands was spent on my pooch and I'd gladly do it again... but when I call to revisit the doctors diagnosis, John who works there speaks to me and rudest tone , extremely, combative, and very argumentative. Even told me the Doctor would not answer my question of which one is bad for my dog high protein or high fat. Mind you, this is the diagnoses the doctor gave and put her on I.D. for the rest of her, and now the doctor can't answer her own diagnosis without me paying for an appnt? It was already paid 10x's. But John, said he doesn't know and the doctor won't be answering that question. That kid should be fired... don't be rude to someone paying thousands sir. Learn how to speak to clients or go elsewhere. I do not recommend. This clinic.

I cannot recommend NSAC enough. I took my cat Gilly in for what I thought was some stress grooming, maybe some allergies, and it turned out she had metastatic liver cancer and I had to say goodbye that day. The entire team that was there on Saturday made the worst situation so much easier. Dr. Arvid's bedside manner was impeccable, I could tell how much he cared about Gilly. Jordan, and I am so sorry I can't remember his name, but another very very sweet man took great care of both me and Gilly, very personable and caring, taking time to explain everything and also love on Gilly too. Dr. Arvid explained everything, took the time to show me the x-rays and the bloodwork, explained what was happening to Gilly and assured me I was making the right choice. They stayed after hours letting me have all the time I needed with my girl, and were very comforting to us both. The worst situation I could have imagined was made infinitely better by the care we both received there. If you're in the area, honestly even if you're not, you won't find a better group to take care of your pets. Thank you, thank you, thank you North Springs Animal Clinic.

I brought my cat in this morning to be checked as it was suspected she had a UTI. They were extremely accommodating in seeing me immediately even though I had never been there before. I didn’t have to wait long, and the staff were very nice and caring. The doctor even came in and showed me the urine they extracted from my cat, which was nice to be able to be involved in the process to make further decisions on the treatment of my cat.
Of course every bill will different based on the needs of care for an animal, but I do like to post what I paid for medical services so those who are financially struggling can get an idea what something similar might cost them. To me this price was cheaper than most vets that I have been to and was fair! I paid around $350 for an exam, antibiotics, urinary analysis test, and a rabies vaccine.
I will definitely be back, and I’m excited that I have found a vets office in this area that I can bring my cats to!

Just took my Yorkie to this location and the staff wasn’t friendly , I didn’t feel welcomed here and I will never come back also this place is more pricey than other locations so I would think at least the service would be better . I only attended here due to my vet closing down .
