I wish I could give a zero. I was new here and had gone for a short visit for one form. I checked with insurance as well as their finance person, everything was supposed to be covered by my insurance. After one year I get a letter in mail for that appt stating I have 250$ balance due. WTH. I was so pissed. I called and they did not know what was happening. I think they forgot to submit it to my previous insurance company and trying to submit to wrong insurance.Doctors keep changing, staff keeps changing. What a mess :(

Without question the most disappointing experience with drs I've ever had. A Dr who has no authority whatsoever isn't a Dr but merely a med student. This place will never see me again. They don't care about the reason for your visit and want multiple visits to make their car payments. This place is an absolute joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere.

I can honestly say that it was the best experience that I have had at a doctor's office.

Overall since I started going to this doctor I've never felt a warm friendly bedside manner....more like being scolded every visit. I have other health concerns but I never feel comfortable discussing them with this doctor because she's so quick to tell me what she's not pleased with, even when I'm doing my best. I'm seriously never going back there.

***Edit: The office manager in Sandy Springs reached out to me and got my referrals put through finally. Hopefully this is the last trouble I have like this.Dr. Psyrop and Dr. Pollard were outstanding, but getting anything my doctors have ordered has proven impossible. Almost 2 months since being given 2 referrals after an emergency room scare, and the referrals have gone nowhere. Repeated calls to the Sandy springs and north cobb locations have yielded no results. I've been promised callback after callback and no one ever calls me back, including one such call 2 days ago with, who I am told, was the office manager at Sandy Springs herself to get my referrals handled. She said she'd call me back before end of day. Absolutely abyssmal support staff. On top of this, the gentleman whom my doctor walked me out to to perform a simple "blow in the bag test" at Sandy Springs, all but pushed me out the door, saying the test would take too long and they were closing soon. I indeed left, as he insisted, and did not come back to do it again. Furthermore, despite requests to leave my doctors messages to plead for help, no one will transfer me there, and I end up in the same voice mail that never returns my calls. I have probably called 8 times in the last 2 months. For the love of God someone get me my referral!

I walked in not feeling well. Staff were very friendly and professional. I was roomed immediately and was in and out at no time with a treatment plan. Great job!

I waited over an hour for the doctor to come see me (Dr.Farber) and then when I voiced my medical concern I was told that “no one’s ever asked for this”. Not only unprofessional to keep a patient waiting over an hour on a workday, also completely unprofessional to minimize concerns. I had voiced to the doctor that I was frustrated by the wait time on top of already not feeling well while also not receiving any viable solution and she was clearly offended that I expressed my grievances. So disappointed in the medical professional but also the staffs lack of urgency. Do better!!!

I had a couple bouts of symptoms so I went in to see Dr. Syrop. She took my concerns seriously, put me on medication (that she left me extras of in case of flare ups), scheduled a follow up during treatment, and I’m 100% again. Very thankful for their help and will be seeing her as a primary care doctor for future needs!

You will have to advocate for your health and self-disclose habits, diet, and patterns…or receive a prescription and be sent on your way. Would have liked to see a more collaborative approach to better health for myself. Disappointed.Staff are all very kind but I had difficulty on anyone taking action to help me receive my blood work. Requested assistance with the patient portal multiple times and was given the run-around or told I’d be called back. Thankful for Jalissa’s help at the office today. She was attentive and helped me solve a long delay in 15 minutes.

I went in for what I thought was a physical and was asked questions refarding my diagnosis and what medications I was taking. As I walked out I was charged a copay and was surprised since I have never been charged a copay for a physical before in my life. I went to this place because it was close to my work and thought it was convinient but it was certainly a mistake. I am not upset about the $35 copay I was charged but THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND DECEPTIVE TACTICS used in my visit. When I inquired about it at check out they simply said that now they charge if you discuss medications or diagnosis and consider it a separate office visit and that I signed a consent at check in acknowledging this. I had no major problems and no complaints about my health. I can see if I was very sickly person but I am not. Long story short, make sure you don't discuss medications and refuse to discuss your medical diagnosis at your physical because they will hit you up for a copay. I have never had this happen to me before and I've had plenty physicals in my life. Horrible place.

Usually don’t like to do this but this office put me out of work and now won’t sign to extend it or put me back to work. It’s a behavioral health med that they prescribe but I am having symptoms of the medication and they won’t sign the paperwork because they don’t feel comfortable. This has been a terrible two weeks and still can’t go back to work until I find someone that I don’t have a relationship with medically to sign off on a medication they prescribed. IF YOU HAVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES DO NOT COME HERE!!

This practice is going down the drain. Not sure where the professionalism has gone since changing names. Wait time on a Saturday, being only patient at check in, took 25 minutes to get to exam area. Dr Powell maybe a good doc, but I couldnt tell. He was more concerned about not precribing meds than my actual reason for being there. I didnt waste a Saturday morning not feeling well.to guess if he would call in a prescription. Not only Sandy Springs but Howell Mill needs some adjusting as well. Answering these google chats with apologies is ineffective if considerable actions are not taken. Too many current complaints. Fix your practice if you want to maintain patients.

I went there as I was having fever, cold and soar throat which are symptoms of COVID. I went there ahead of time and provided all the information before hand still I had to wait for long time. Also doctor just advised to take rest and take OTC medicine like Tylenol and ibuprofen, but there was no anti viral or anti COVID medicines prescribedOne of my friend of same age also got COVID few days back and his primary care provider prescribed him anti viral COVID specific medicine which helped him a lot. Not sure why such similar medicine is not prescribed to me. I am still struggling a lot to get recovered and still have symptoms.

Of all the physicians and medical groups I deal with resultant of my medical issues, North Atlanta Primary Care of Sandy Springs and Dr. Aly Hashim provides the best and most effective primary care and the "quarterbacking" of my cross-specialist medical care. Dr. Hashim exhibits a level for a sense of urgency, desire for excellence, and intellectual curiosity.
