Lots to love - the people and the community can't be beat. Everyone is so nice, there are a ton of legitimately fun events that help you get to know your neighbors. The location is the best in Atlanta, with direct Beltline access and right across from Kroger and PCM. Love the garden with fresh produce and the pool is amazing. Management recently changed up and seems like a big improvement - you can tell the new manager really cares and the maintenance team is so lovely and helpful. I also like the floorplans here over most of the other options in the area.
My only issue (and it's a pretty big one) is that the building was originally constructed really, REALLY cheap. The cabinets are constantly falling apart, the elevators break daily, the appliances are all cheap, the electronic locks on the apartment doors (and the app/service they use to open them) are the cheapest possible, etc. If they'd do some basic upgrades to things like that, it would make me feel a lot better about what we're paying every month to live here.

They no showed a scheduled leasing appointment. No contact regarding it, no one in the office. Sad because I was excited about these apartments.

Nice experience with North and Line for 15 months! Great location and service. Thank you everyone especially Nia who was super efficient and helpful the whole time when we lived there.

Avoid living here. Had many bad experiences living in this building. Where do I start? For starters, we lived in the “luxury” loft unit for $5k per month. Total waste of money. First day we moved in, unit was filthy. Management was always rude (aside from Nyles who is no longer there). One time maintenance entered my unit (no permission to enter but did have a maintenance request out) and I was asleep in my bedroom. I woke up to four maintenance men in my bedroom (turned the lights on while I was sleeping)!!!!!!! This was never an issue to them. Nia (leasing agent) told me when I obviously complained about how violating this was that maintenance could enter at ANY time. ANY time they wanted. I said “what if I’m in the shower?” She never replied. Insanity. Fire alarm went off constantly. Probably over 20 times living there and would take them ages to turn it off. Always at like 2 or 3 am too. Plenty more but I don’t feel like typing it all but here’s the reason I’m writing this review. We moved out in March, we were told we were all set at move out. Nothing else to do. I never received an email or phone call from them until today I get a call from a collections again that I have a past due balance. North and Line never emailed me or called me about this. Just sent straight to collections. Called to talk to Keelan or whatever his name is in management office to see what this is for / why was I never told I had a balance before sending to collections. He couldn’t have cared less. Was so rude to me and nonchalant. Pretty terrible management and unfortunate level of quality at this place. Definitely look elsewhere.

My roomate and I have loved living here! The location is unbeatable and everyone working here is great. The people working at the front, leasing agents, and maintenance are very friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond. Additionally, the couple that puts on the resident events does a great job to make it feel like a community. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived!
