I have been going to Norman Cleaners for 6 months or more, I’ve had four different issues with pricing while I may drop off something and then pick it up and the price has increased. Recently, I’ve had issues where I’m charged six dollars for a button that I’ve never been charged that much for. I’ve also dropped off slacks that are cotton slacks but yet I’m charged for wool slacks, which is like seven dollars per pair of slacks, I bought this to the attention of the owner and her daughter and still I’m charged differently or at a higher rate every couple times that I drop off dry cleaning so as of today, I will not be dropping off more clothes and I have changed Cleaners. Always check your pricing when you’re dropping off clothes to Norman’s.

I have lived in Midtown for five years, I’ve tried at least five different dry cleaners, and Normans has provided the best service without a doubt head and shoulders above.
If you ever need anything at all, you can call and speak to the staff, they’re extremely transparent about whether they can meet your time demand or not, and have always gone out of their way to help me.

One of the WORST dry cleaning places in town. They completely ruined one of my south Asian outfits and tried to charge us more for it. They tried to gaslight my husband and said that we caused the damage.DO NOT GO HERE.Services: Clothes pressing

The WORST dry cleaning places in town. They destroyed my south Asian outfit and tried to charge us more for it by gaslighting us into thinking that it was our fault here. They will just find excuses to bc charge more so please don't go here. Horrible experience and customer service.

Previously, this was my go-to cleaner with a convenient location. Now, they charged me $35 just to WASH a blanket that costs <$20. And now, twice in a row, they weren't ready when they said they'd be. I won't be going back- better prices and more reliable services elsewhere

Had my shirts laundered and every time the collar and cuffs were still dirty. When I finally asked to correct the problem, the attendant charged me twice for each shirt! Not once did she ever say hello or thank you. She seemed she could not be bothered. That was my last time. Dry cleaning my suits was same thing. Came back with the same dirt. Totally not professional and not friendly. Now I use Laundry Lounge behind Publix in Midtown Atlanta! Good riddance Norman’s cleaners.Service: Laundry wash & fold

They get the clothes clean, however, they can’t press worth a darn! My shirts have creases along the front and shoulders. Not good!

Awful! Bad press job. They are expensive. Poor customer service.Ruined my Desigual jacket. Pressed way too hard around stitches that made color faded significantly.And my Kate Spade dress, they didn’t press properly that looks like trashed out dirty laundry.They redo dress, that looks “ok’. But they don’t admit their terrible job of my jacket. Owner and his wife said “they are professionals”, lol. At least, they offered to redo. But NO! I don’t trust them. There is no way to make it look better once it ruined. They refused to replace my jacket. It was struggle enough to just get my money back. I would rather take it to real professional cleaner.It’s not worth for money. Bad value. Dishonest people.Don’t take your valuable clothes there!

I have been using Norman's cleaners since 2006 and have had excellent experiences. Even after Cheryl Norman sold the business last year, the new owners have continued her tradition of excellent customer service. They recently cleaned all of my bedroom drapes and they came back spotless and refreshed. Highly recommended.
