Disappointing business stay for an executive event at this location. On arrival even though I was part of the group booking, there was no room assignment and the front desk had trouble locating a room for me. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor with me and other guests in our group experiencing noise from the hall and adjacent rooms. On arrival to my room there was no TV remote and therefore no way to turn the TV off. The restaurant service was very inconsistent -- took over 20 minutes to receive a drink both in the evening and as part of our event private dining experience (even though I had ordered the same green tea as several other people at the table who received a teapot and cup at the same time; then after asking 3 times I received a pre-brewed cup). For dinner, we called the restaurant in advance to let them know it was one of our exec's birthdays but they did not acknowledge it. Even though I mentioned this to one of the waitstaff onsite after dessert was served, no one acknowledged the birthday at any point. The location, while favorably located in Buckhead, is extremely difficult to find as there are several split-level roads and parking garages in the vicinity. Walking directions from less than a mile away ended in the parking garage 5 levels below the entrance, with no signage indicating how to access the hotel. Also, multiple drivers had difficulty locating the front entrance. The corporate meeting room facilities were fine/as expected. The complimentary Porche dropoff service is a nice touch, although this is only available during limited hours when they have drivers available. All in all, the experience was okay but lacking in service quality.Rooms: Stylish rooms, ample space, coffee/tea amenities and paid minibar. Soundproofing was inadequate with lots of noise from hall/adjacent rooms. Also was missing remote to turn off TV, and then next day had left out spare/used linens from servicing room.Walkability: Do not attempt to walk. The area is surrounded by multiple split-level roads and parking garages and sidewalks are inconsistent. Very difficult to find by car or foot.Food & drinks: Food was excellent, especially omakase. However, service was lacking with long wait times for drinks and no acknowledgement of birthday despite calling ahead and asking waitstaff at the table.

There was a minor mistake on my bill ($20-30) and it's absolutely impossible to get ahold of the single person at the property capable of even looking at my bill. Have called every day for 2 weeks and can't get a call back or help, thankful it's a minor amount and would not stay here again knowing that if there's any billing issues- it won't get fixed.

Absolutely amazing experience.. Awesome five star boutique hotel in the heart of Buckhead with an incredible on site restaurant. Japanese themed pampering. Great date night. A hotel room for one night and a meal for two about $700 with the room booked through Priceline. Pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

First time staying at Nobu as we usally stay elsewhere for staycations but wanted to try them out. Our first dining experience here last year was fun so we wanted to try out the hotel. First and foremost the staff at the front desk are so kind and offered an extremely warm welcome. Upon entering the room, I was overall impressed with the layout and the surprise welcome gift as a part of their partnership with the new show, Shogun (huge box of yummy snacks!!) I was content with the room, and absolutely loved the shower and bathroom amenities. The bed was decently comfortable and the pillows weren't necessarily my favorite. Some of the towels were frayed/looked worn out but other than that I was happy with our room. We had drinks downstairs before heading out elsewhere and the restaurant was lively for a Friday night and service was good.We didn't have enough coffee pods (only one regular and four decaf) but we had breakfast downstairs in the restaurant regardless and I'm sure we could've asked for more. Breakfast downstairs was fine but our server wasn't as friendly as the other staff we had come across thus far. Would definitely only visit the restaurant in the evening.Overall happy with the stay and would consider coming back.

Our stay was fine and their customer service could be better. We checked out of our hotel 1/2 at around noon. I realized I left my scarf and I immediately called back to let them know that I left it. They told me not to worry - when housekeeping makes their round to our room, they will ship it to us. I was relieved. They also said they would call back for my address/update.Two days pass and not a word from this hotel. I called them back and no one knew about the scarf… Not even housekeeping. They again, said they would give a call back.A week later, I call back again. They didn’t have an update, housekeeping didn’t answer, and the front desk told mehousekeeping didn’t turn anything in.My scarf was expensive but just imagine if anyone ever leaves anything more important than a scarf. I won’t be staying here again.

Our stay was mediocre at best. Not anything we would have expected from the Nobu name. We got there before checkin time because my S.O. had a meeting at noon. Asked for a water since we had to wait a while, front desk said that they had no water. Front desk lady said we could go ahead and check in and just swing by the desk to pick up our keys when we returned. So we gave her our information, went through the process and yet, when we returned in the evening we had to do it all over again so essentially she did not check us in. Now my biggest issue, I suffer from Hyperthyroidism, I have to sleep on the cooler side. The thermostat was way off and had some kind cap on it. Could not get it cooler than 72 degrees. Unacceptable as I couldn't sleep the whole night. We had planned to stay a couple of more night but we just checked out after our first night. Not a Nobu experience at all.

I was very disappointed by the Nobu Hotel Atlanta. The service was awful in every aspect. Front desk, concierge and when I asked for the manager it was also poor service. Very impolite and not accommodating. Also everyone felt inexperienced and lost like if they didn’t know what to do.I will not come back and I don’t recommend it. Very far from a five star hotel.

I stayed here in a suite charged 700 for the night and the tv didn’t work. I checked out and was offered 50.00 credit. The hotel location is not google friendly so transportation is horrible and the 50.00 was an insult.

I can only say that the Nobu Hotel is an upgraded type of a Hampton Inn, or any 2 or 3 star hotel . The lack of service is there from beginning to the end . At check in the waiting was long , and you need to wait as they only have one person in reception , my time of arrival was 6pm .Upon departure there was no one on the reception, not even a bell or instructions for someone to call for the front desk person .Breakfast even worst . You can see the empty restaurant and only one waiter serving the people . For 2 consecutive days I waited for 15 to 20 minutes with no one in front of me , just to get a table in the empty restaurant . Then another 30 minutes to be served .If this is the way they service their customers , I don’t expect this place to last long .

Rooms were nice, pillows on the bed were awful and the shower will fill your bathroom with water. Other than those, great. The service from the moment we walked in was awful. Felt as though we were a burden. No one even greeted or said one word to us while standing behind the desk cleaning and doing who knows what for over 5 minutes. It was very odd.Do not go to the breakfast! Take the trip someplace else. The food was great but the service is an actual joke. We felt like we were on the tv show punkd. Didn’t get water or even a greet for over 10 minutes of sitting there. Ordered drinks which were forgotten two days in a row. Got our food with great timing but still didn’t get drinks. Finally get them 40 minutes later after telling her what was missing. Brought coffee without creamer -which was stated we needed. And we never saw the server again.we flagged her down to close out and she said she took a drink off. Lol a drink which couldn’t be drank bc it was missing the creamer. So generous.I understand being short staffed, but we watched everyone around us that sat after us get their drinks and water in a timely fashion. The tissues and water in our room was never refilled. And front desk will not give you any.0/10 for the breakfast and front desk staff.

Amazing experience from checkin to check out. The customer service was immaculate, and I was accommodated very well throughout my stay. Ramadan who works the front desk made my checkin/checkout process seamless and pleasant. The hotel is in the best location with plenty of access to restaurants, shopping, and not far from the airport. My room was beautiful, clean, and very modern. Nobu being the hotels official restaurant was also a perk. They even offer breakfast at the restaurant. I will absolutely be staying every time I come visit the city.
