Horrible tactics and will say legal action is being taken.Really, so your investigations guy is allowed by federal law to say that legal action will be taken against me and that my credit will be ruined and that they will garnish my wages? Be careful how you answer this. I have the conversation recorded. The other representative was nice and helpful.
