When I first walked in, I was excited. Ive been in GA for going on 3 years and yet to have find a salon home . I can say that I didn't have to wait. my service was immediately started, hands and feet. What I don't like is 1. they didn't have a price menu. The menu they have is outdated and the owner is just going to tell you "those are old prices" when you ask about your total. 2nd. red flag was when the nail tech ( older gentleman) started my nails he mentioned my cuticles and I said "yes I know, I getting a full set". NEVER IN MY YEARS have I been charged extra for getting my cuticles cut when getting a full set. Being that the full set is only $50 and the cuticles cut is $10, I merely suggested that they should just make the total for the full set $60 so customers wont feel like they're being charged for every little thing! The owner told me no, that's not how it's done. I asked more questions about if I didn't want to pay the extra fee what would happen and he stated "they would just push them up and apply the acrylic, while leaving the cuticles". As, a licensed cosmetologist this didn't make sense to me. It gives salon red flags that they charge extra for everything! The regular and gel polish colors are out dated. So much so that the lady blamed me for how I was holding my feet, when the gel polish didn't dry correctly. If you are a person that is afraid to speak up when you don't like something then this is not the salon for you. Everything was fixed without a problem but if you have fear of saying what don't like then you'll leave with exactly that. I ended up paying $107 for a full set with gel polish, acrylics big toe and polish on my toes. No full pedicure. I'm not sure if that was a good or bad price. This salon is only 7 minutes from my house so again I thought I had a gem, but I think I'll continue to shop around. I'm tired of these old school salons with old polish and price structures .

The bald man was very rude and rough with my hands but the gentleman who did my pedicure was kind and gentle and did an amazing job. I'm from out of town so I won't likely visit again. The long wait and rudeness will remind be to get my nails done before I go out of town next time.

I stopped in yesterday while visiting the area. I had to wait for 30 minutes, which was ok since it was a Saturday afternoon, and I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was so pleasant, and I enjoyed my service.

Had a long layover in Atlanta and needed to get a good fill and nail repair done but had some specific asks that I know can cause some technicians to turn a customer away. 1- I have a severe allergy to acrylates that required an accommodation, and 2- I'm an esthetician and know the lay of the land well; that is to say- I notice all the details. Well, neither the salon nor my technician, Snow skipped a beat. They welcomed me with an honest willingness to help me and treated me with extreme professionalism and kindness. And did I mention the details?! The shape was on point. Especially considering all I gave her to work with, she killed it. 10/10 customer and overall service, and 100% DO recommend. ??
