I've always received great customer service from Nathaniel and his office for the past 4 years. I've been able to add and delete automobiles via email or the app. Recently, I was in the process of purchasing a home. Nathaniel went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct home owner's insurance and Flood insurance through FEMA in a timely manner before our closing date. I will definitely refer Nathaniel and his team to anyone needing bundled insurance coverage.

Hi! I have had the opportunity to work with Andrew at this location.
He has been very patient and pleasant to work with. I worked with him to add insurance for my new car and Andrew helped me better understand how the safe driving program works and put me at ease with the “grading” system.
I appreciate his help and look forward to continuing to work with the Nathaniel Ellis State Farm.
I do enjoy having State Farm. It is by far the best insurance company that I have had the opportunity to work with.
