Bobby and Rafi are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been several times to this location and I've had positive experiences. I'd recommend them for the do it yourself car repair people out there.

The store representative was both arrogant and ignorant, as he failed to acknowledge our presence and completely ignored our request for help.

The people at the store really know what they're doing. One of the sales people even came outside to install the light bulb in the rear of the car because he knew it was tricky. Napa is my go-to place for Auto parts

Atlanta NAPA stores allowed people to steal my credit card and order online at multiple stores. They then delivered the parts to the perpetrator without any identification. When I called they acted like it was no big deal. They didn't even have a good plan of action to remedy the situation or prevent further action by the thieves.

Nice employees, but their website is completely useless, so you always have to go inside the store to know what's actually there. They usually don't have what I need, so I have to drive to the warehouse location on Peachtree Industrial to buy anything.

I needed a marine battery for my boat and the person on the phone wasn't too familiar. She got help and it turned out that they had one in stock for me. Great service! They have a super convenienc location right in Sandy Springs, and its super close to my house so it's nice when it works our. Thank you.
